Amazing! I went to 3 other jewelers to get my old ring reset and was quoted wildly different amounts and the process was so confusing I just wanted to forget about it. So glad I tried one more jeweler - Cheri listened to what I wanted and figured out a perfect and affordable solution within minutes. I had my ring completed in about a week. Wonderful easy experience, HIGHLY recommend!

Buying event was a waste of time I waiting almost an hour for someone to come in and be seen ahead of me. There were 5-6 employees there with only 2 dedicated to seeing potential sellers of items.

Went in for a couple of watch batteries. Was told because the watch was not originally purchased there, they could not take it until after Jan 15. There were 3 salespeople and 1 customer in the store. I have NEVER heard of such. Extremely poor customer service. I will not return. They lost a potentially good customer as I have just moved here.

Cheri has been my go to person for years! Always helpful and knows just what I am looking for. It was easy to send my son to her, to design an engagement ring. Cheri helped to design “the perfect” ring incorporating a family diamond. Wares and Cheri are the best!

My husband and I have been shopping at Ware Jewelers with Elsa for the last few years. Not only have we been supremely satisfied with the pieces that we have purchased, but Elsa has truly gone above and beyond in providing superior customer service! Her friendly smile and welcoming manner makes us and our service dog Sadie feel right at home, and makes us happy to stop by and shop with her. She is knowledgeable about the merchandise, and quick to provide information or to assist with any questions we have. We feel that not only have we acquired an informed and trusted jeweler, but also a friend! We highly recommend Elsa and Ware Jewelers and would gladly award more stars if possible!
