Absolutely the worst location in Montgomery. Zero customer service and employees all standing around talking to each other and everything in electronics and clothing is locked up. This is my experience from multiple visits. Even the management is a joke.

Why have us to pay through the “self checkout” then turn around & ask for confirmation of payment at the door?
It makes ZERO sense! Go back to humans on the cash registers!

If I could give negative star I would
Went in wanted to get cash back and the girl running register told me she didn't want her register to be low. I asked for supervisor and she refused to call one then proceeded to say she was not giving me cash back. Rude incompetent people in there. I do not recommend this place unless you like to be treated bad!! Do better Walmart!!!

This walmart has long lines. The selfcheck is never open especially the bottom one next to the pharmacy. The one next to the food is always only 2 lanes or 1 lane open no other walmart in Montgomery has a this issue if anything they keep selfcheckout open. The management just be talking or hiding all the time. Every line is back to the clothing. They only had 3 cashiers on the floor. So tell me why they do not have self-checkout open. This walmart is a disgrace.

There are 29 registers available in the front of the store. Of these 29 only 8 are "Assisted Checkout" meaning it has a normal cashier. The others are all self checkout. I went mid day on a Wednesday. The lines were at least 15 people deep because only 2 Assisted lines were open and only 3 self checkouts were open. This location is under staffed and customer care is not a priority.

This is the worst walmart ever checkout lines are constantly long everything is locked down employees are rude they talk to you like your children this Walmart should be closed down I’ve given this Walmart multiple chances thinking things will be better I will never tell anyone to come to this store dollar general is better than this just awful

I got in and got out electronic department was very courtesy and automotive is truly a team player of teamwork makes the dream work on lending a helping hand .
