At 3:25 January 8th 2025 I was making a purchase at the neighborhood Walmart on Federal drive. The self checkout would not take my $100 bill. A very kind lady working said go to the service desk. I went to the service desk and waited maybe 5 minutes I'll walk back to the lady that told me to go to the service get desk and I said there's no one there. She told me that the The person that's normally there is in the back. The Man beside her that she was talking to jumped in the conversation and said you will have to wait 10 minutes and I said excuse me do you work here? He said yes. He had no Walmart name tag or any thing showing that he was a Walmart employee. Maybe he was off duty. I said I don't have 10 minutes and he said that's what you going to have to do you got to wait. Super rude! Then he made some reference about I was being rude with an attitude and said you wouldn't be rude if we were outside. In other words threatening a fight.

Great instock, decent prices, but some associates need to take some customer service classes. Other than that, it was a nice place to shop. Would be a 5 star review if the customer service wasn't lacking in places

Parking lot is filthy... No soap in restroom
Update on this Walmart December 2024 everything is still the same today there are no bags at the register so I'm walking around looking for bags I asked one employee where are the bags she said oh I'm off the clock but she's standing in the front of the store like she's working she frowned up with a attitude Police is watching me like I want something and I'm sure I make more than him let's do better black people get this store together it's horrible
Update this time they had someone following around the store like I didn't know he worked for Walmart he was literally in the same section the entire time that I was in not buying anything

I enjoy shopping here regularly, but you need to do better with your product expirations. There is a Happi Foods frozen bowl that I got a few months ago and realized while I was eating it that it expired in June. There are still 3 left in the freezer. I once put them on a bread shelf, just so someone would notice they were 6 months expired, and the next time I went in, they were right back in the freezer.

went in for some grocerys with wife on 9/29/24 around 2pm and the whole place smelled like weed it was so strong we knew it had to be employees and sure enuff 2 walmart guys were sitting on water very high i ask was they ok they said yeh we are just baked so we left i had breathing problems after walking in there i guess this walmart lets employees get high inside store floors were filthy place stunk like smoke weed NEVER WILL RETURN HERE

Great little store that always has what ya need. Stopped in for a few things and had what was on the list and in and out and on our way. Workers were nice.

No don't really care for that Walmart at all cause the the employee be on the phones at the beginning to the check out lanes and on they phones at the check out lanes. It's bad. It's really a one hand full employee's that's great. And I have told the store manager before and she told me that she know about I. And that's been since last year. And it have gotten worse. And she never really there. So what ever.
