We used Walgreens pharmacy to get our Covid vaccination. The pharmacist was very professional and pleasant. The pharmacy was busy and there was a bit of a wait. The staff was really busy but were polite. They have a lot to juggle between the drive thru and walk up customers. Probably need more staff at busy times.

I went there to make a collage on the 8th I got there around 4:30 once I finished qhat I was doing on the kiosk I requested a board picture to make a long story short neither the manager nor the older grey headed gentleman knew how to work the new machine. They just had me standing their for 30 minutes within communication of what was the problem. Its a new machine is an excuse.Why get a new machine and no training on it the manager told me to come back tomorrow sorry lady I live 50 miles the other direction this was the killer when I asked for a discount she told,no with a straight face.Thats what killed it very poor customer service.You have me wait 30 minutes for something that takes 10 and you ask me to drive 100 miles for a 19.99 collage lady who hired you?

You can tell that this store has greatly improved over the past year. New staff is always friendly and actually seem to care. It also doesn't take near as long to wait in line or for someone to answer the phone

Discharged from hospital with 7 month old and try to get prescription expedited earlier than 1 hour wait as baby and parents are exhausted. We are told that everyone on Saturday nights are leaving hospitals. Every trip to this pharmacy has become a nightmare and wish our insurance would let us go back to CVS. Night and day difference.
