I’d undoubtedly recommend giving this store a visit. Brittany & staff were extremely patient, helpful & congenial. They answered every question & provided solutions to any issue that arose. Great overall experience.

I was sold second-hand items with no receipts, and told that the products weren’t suitable due to defects on my device, which was a certified new device received from Asurion. I was told, by representatives in this store, to contact Asurion for another replacement, and that Verizon would replace the purchased items/accesories when I received a the new device. I contacted Asurion, who made me drive back to the Verizon Store to speak with a rep before they replaced the defective device. I received the device and went back to this Verizon Store to first be told that they didn’t remember telling me this, but also for them to replace my purchased accessory with a cheaper accessory with a different warranty. They only replaced one accessory and were extremely rude about doing that. Shay and Bri were the representatives who misled me and also the ones who treated me awfully upon my return.
I was in this store for over three hours just to put on a screen protector. Shay has her days because she was courteous and professional the first day I came and the next time she was talking about how everything was getting over nerves. I will never go back to the Ann street store again.

What's the point of having a 24 hour pick up box if homeless people are sleeping in front of it all night so you can't get to it.

Yeah a woman can go in here with a huge purse but a man can't go in with his own personal backpack with his laptop and jackets man what is up with all these companies in the south up north companies are more understanding and know we have to carry our essentials and medications I've been a customer over a year

I am a customer of Verizon, and I went in the store on Ann Street a few months ago to pay my bill. I walked in and there were employees just standing around laughing and talking and no one came up to me and asked if they could help me at all. After several minutes i finally asked if there was someone who would help me and they finally did. The guy that helped was nice and helpful, but to me it's bad manners not to ask a customer when they first walk in the store if they can help. After all, if it wasn't for the customers employees would have no job. Just a word of advice, be nice to your customers please and appreciate them and we'll keep doing business with you. Thank you!

I was sent to this location to pick up an item by my company. The store hours online say 9 AM, and I arrived at 9:30 AM. One of the workers opened the front door for two people (Probably workers), closed and locked the door in front of me, walked away after looking at me and laughing, and did not communicate that they needed to open later today. Had my company looked at the reviews before now, we could have bypassed this unprofessional experience by going to a different location. A different worker arrived at about 9:40 AM. Only then was I told by him that they were going to open at 10 AM. Poor communication skills overall. Don't waste your time or your company's time by coming here.
