Typical Montgomery customer service. Hours posted aren’t correct. 1115 on a Saturday, posted open until 1200. Lights are on and the doors are locked. Same at the Eastern Blvd location. Customer service in this town is atrocious and the management doesn’t care.

Made an appointment arrived early.. 3 other people came in for passport as well and was told the person didn't call out but was not there. Asked us to reschedule for another day and schedule after 10 or go to Walgreens and take a pick then proceed to S. Lawerence as they take walk-ins.

I have experienced nondeliveries of my monthly bill to SPECTRUM's Illinois address for the past 3 months. The due date is the 3rd monthly and I have dropped my bill in the inside drop box at Montgomery's Winton Blount's post office on the 23rd of preceeding month.This has caused me to pay $30 for stop payments.The postal system has become one sorry business "non operations!"A.fnI.won't give access to a human being...my lawd

Would NOT recommend this place for passport renewal. Had our appointment cancelled 2 times without notice. Once because system was down and they said they have no idea when it would come back up. Very frustrating as we pulled our kids out of school and took off from work for this.And their website mentions that they accept customers on the weekend before 9am, this is not true. They said this service was discontinued but they haven't updated their website.

This place is horrible. I don’t know why anyone does anything about it. This is probably the hundredth time they’ve marked my package as “delivered” & it hasn’t arrived at my house for days now. I’m gonna have to file a claim.. as always. This place and their employees are hot garbage. Someone do something about it.

If you get a load, don’t coming early, they load you in the exactly time of your appointment, good room, busy place

One of the worst places to load. Very disorganized. Tried to check in but the black guy with dreads was too busy talking to his co workers. Hope to never come back here again because other drivers here were saying the same thing. Took 3 hours to load.

I'm a truck driver and I've been in more than half of Usps across the country and I can say this is the worst facility out of all of them. Very unorganized. Bad management in all senses. At night shift, employees except few good ones seems to not care about truck drivers at all. My average time of waiting is 2 hours versus 15 mnts in most of the usps facilities. They always say that they are understaffed which is true, but it beyond that. They have bad bridges on the docks.

This place deserves zero stars. I put in a forward request one month out, but my mail started forwarding immediately. I went to the post office and was told "they don't look at the dates." So I put in a cancel request in person and also cancelled my forward request online. Guess what: they are still forwarding my mail! And they claim that there is nothing they can do about my packages that are now being forwarded to an address in a different state where I am not yet living, even though it was not my fault they were forwarded. Customer service here is a complete joke.

i have been using this station since it opened. they've been efficient and friendly. i almost never have had a long wait. big fan of their delivery record.

I know all the reviews discourage giving this place a chance, but I think it was pretty good! I scheduled a passport appointment for this week 10:30 am. The wait can get long as they also have to assist with a long line. But the employee was informative and even when I forgot a document, he told me I could come back and he still helped me get my application in! They are a bit understaffed because they must tend to the line AND passport appointments, but I had a pretty good experience! Will definitely come back.

Winton Blount Post OfficeI've been very critical of the mail the past few months but my husband and I both were impressed how efficient the gentleman was handling passport applications. His appt was for 1130 but they say to come 15mins early. We were finished by 1130. He was helping 3 people at 1 time and very efficiently. I wish all the postal workers were this conscientious. Wish we'd gotten his name.

Don't go here to get your passports. The worker will not show up even though he's on the clock. I don't know why he's not fired but save yourself the time and don't deal with this location for passport services.
