The postman here is horrible. We have so many neighbors having problems with him if we do not look like him especially, he wants to make his own rules demanding us to put mailboxes next to the street so he can sit and deliver mail.

This post office is ruining my child’s Christmas. They have delivered 2 packages to the wrong apt. One was returned to me, the other NOT. Maybe if the mailman stayed off the phone he could deliver packages to the correct apartment! I’m livid

I spend one day a week at least delivering my neighbors mail as I constantly get the wrong mail in my mailbox. I filled out at least 2 complaints and nothing ever happens.

This is by far the worst post office my package get sent back because “the address and person is unknown”?? Really I have lived in my home for 3 years I can not wait to move from this area I’m not sure who hired these ppl at this location but they need to fire the whole group mail carriers and all and start over just ridiculous, ridiculous

Carriers from this office may or may not deliver your mail. I'm a business owner and inform my customers to not mail payments. Today I received a mail in payment and on the envelope BUSINESS CLOSED was written. My neighbors and myself have, constantly, filed complaints to no avail.

My mail/packages were being delivered but not to me it happened so many times but I only called a few times I wasnt rude I figured with times being so hard now my postal worker was bagged up on one occasion I called well the woman over the phone called me a liar said it was delivered I told her yeah but not to me she was extremely rude argumentative and loud so I filed a complaint on them all I want is my mail/packages delivered to my home not rudeness

Lazy employees, barely want to acknowledge you or scan packages , refuse or make up excuses as to why they don't need to give you a receipt for packages. Covid, cannot be an excuse, when UPS , FedEx as well as other post offices in the area will still give you receipts. You then have no proof that the package was even dropped off. Avoid and use other post offices in the area.

Lazy Rude employees. Not wearing masks, refuse to scan packages. Refuse to give out receipts on expensive packages.
