It was quick, clean, efficient and the employees were friendly. I'm not sure if I just came at the right time but with the past nightmares I have had at other Post Office locations this was a welcome treat.

All the people at the Tine st office could be fired deck and letter carriers they have lost missed and delayed my package alot this is no the way this place needs to do business they don't help people when they need to fine package and no follow up when they say look into it.very bad place

These people at tine st need to be fired they are rude and don't do their job. I ordered a package on the 20th of last month and as of today it shows to be in north TX. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and they put on the tracking that they tried and couldn't and that they had left a notice turns out when i called the main number the lady told me they had just put that on there that they had not tried to deliver it that they had problems at the post office and it was a sure post package and that it had to be delivered today well i had another package out for delivery today along with the one from yesterday and they didn't deliver ether of them instead they put on the tracking that they tried and had no access to the location but they left a letter in my box so that was another lie that they told. They list it that way to make it look like they are doing their job when they are not doing their job. What a sorry bunch of People work at Tine St post office in Montgomery Al,

They need to train their front desk clerks on what can be accepted when it comes to priority boxes. I had a priority box with prepaid shipping label which clearly states it includes flat rate and regional rate but the clerk stated she can't accept it due to it being in the wrong box, which she is incorrect. I mail out packages all the time the exact same way and never had any problems at other locations.

Horribly mean and nasty person answering calls sometimes, refuses to give her name because she knows she will be in trouble... I just got hung up on multiple times then ignored for trying to ask for the manager. They lose packages often and the excuse this time (only could find out through the website) was that "customer requested it not to be delivered" what?!? I even paid extra on the shipping... Im so done with this office and the people who show no regard for their customers. Its happened multiple times. If you can get your package from another USPS in Montgomery, please try to avoid hours of frustration and do so.

I was there at the Downtown location today 7/30/21 to ship a package to Thailand. The woman that helped me rushed me and was very rude on top of making errors on the shipping info that she said could not be corrected. I asked her to fix it and she said no. I then asked her if I can take a picture of the package before I walked out and noticed more errors on the package. I was not comfortable leaving the vacinity knowing the errors could possibly get my package lost. I asked her to fix them again. She then said it was not her fault. She issues a refund by money order and says we will need to pay another $73 for shipping and to wait until Monday before the money order could be cashed when I asked her if I could use the money order to use to reissue the shipping the package. I then ask to speak with the manager who also was very unprofessional and advised that I could not use the issued money order to pay for the new shipping with the correct address. I walked out of that location upset and went to the post office on Tine Avenue on the west side location in Montgomery, AL in hopes that I would get better service there. The lady that assisted me was very courteous and even asked and double checked the international address with me to ensure accuracy. I then paid for the shipment with the same money order that the downtown location said I would not be able to use until Monday. I’m not sure why the downtown location gave me such a hard time the only guess I had was because it was almost time to clock out. I would never visit the downtown location ever again until staff is properly trained to give courteous customer service to their customers. I just spent $73 on international shipping and used the same money order that was issued to me at a different location without a problem. Please retrain the staff at downtown Montgomery as they are rude and does not provide you with half way decent customer service. Elton, the manager should also be retrained and not give customers such a hard time as well.

DON'T SHIP PACKAGES FROM THIS LOCATION!!I have Amazon and a lot of packages come through this office. There are countless times my packages have arrived very late or not at all until I call. And they always have some made-up excuse to give me as to why I'm having issues. Or they'll just hang up in your face, which has happened to me multiple times, I didn't even have an attitude. Some changes have to be made, they are losing business for Amazon

Everytime I order something to be delivered to my location they never do it. I'm not even located in a bad neighborhood the delivery drivers are just lazy! I didn't pay extra for them to receive the package and 3 minutes later say they "attempted delivery".

I hate when they leave a notice in my box , saying sorry we missed you..I was at home...they don't even put the packages in the trucks...I have missed important packages when they haven't put a notice in my box too...
