SAME FOR MONTGOMERY !! THIS IS THE WORST !! AND I MEAN THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER WITNESSED MY PACKAGE IS 3 DAYS LATE. I HAVE TRACKED AND TRACKED MY PACKAGE OTS BEEN IN THE SAME SPOT FOR 3 DAYS !! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR BOTHER TO EVEN TAKE ACTION TO ANSWER THE PHONE I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN !!

Needed a next day delivery, gave them the envelope and paid.
It sat in Montgomery for 2 workdays before even being processed.
How does that happen? Again, I paid for next day delivery. Not next week. It sat in one facility for 2 whole days, and it took longer to actually get it delivered.
Was someone trying to mess with it? Did it get thrown into the normal mail pile? Surely, even normal packages don't sit around for 2 days before getting processed.
If you need something delivered within the year, just use literally anybody else. Hell, even the homeless guy on the corner could deliver it in a more timely manner, with more integrity and not try opening the package before dropping it off.

Used to be good - but POSTAL THIEVES are now inhabiting the Catoma Street/Downtown Montgomery post office!!!! They are opening mail and stealing checks!! So BEWARE!

Visiting from out of town and needed to mail some packages. The folks here were friendly and greeted me when I walked in the door.Rudolph was very kind and helpful with getting my boxes ready to ship. Took care of my packages in good time.Thanks so much!

Why~ is MONTGOMERY COUNTY COURTHOUSE TAMPERING' with my mail? How did a letter get into my mailbox dated the 20th! Today is the 29th' missing my 72 hours to decline an offer! You all have some explaining to do" as how a letter from the USPS' got into my mailbox! Mail tampering is a crime! ¥

Impatient rude and rarely open until 5pm. Seriously, HIRE MORE PEOPLE. No reason an entire day’s work should fall on the shoulders of one person at the front counter, no wonder the customer service is non existent.Plus, make sure never to have anything shipped to you thru this location- items are constantly lost and even when items were stolen from a package they gave no sympathy, or reimbursements.
