I moved to Montgomery about a year ago. My mail carrier is great. I have absolutely no complaints about the people here. The people up front are amazing and so friendly.

My mail is always held up here. I had mail move through multiple states in one day but held at this post office past the delivery date. Every other delivery service will get my packages to me on time but USPS. Utterly disrespectful and disorganized.

On February 10, 2025, a package from Amazon was actually crammed into the mailbox on Ryan Ridge Loop in Montgomery. It was so impossible to retrieve the crammed package that I had to solicit help to get the package from the mailbox. This package and its contents were very damaged and should have been delivered to the door. POOR SERVICE.

We really need to do something about the deliveries. I have had the problem of not holding my mail, not picking up mail in the mailbox, having said that my packages were held at my request and I didn't request it and not receiving letters that are posted that I should get them. I have email saying what I should get, and sometimes I don't get the mail. On the snow day some people got mail in other areas but I didn't. Please inform us if we are not getting mail so that we won't be expecting it. Some days are excellent, delivery is timely, and packages are delivered as scheduled. I don't know if we have different deliverers or not. Please help. Maybe a little training may help. I also have gotten notices that packages have been delivered and I didn't really get the packages. Thank you for your attention.

This is the worst USPS EVER they tell you if you can't pick up your packages during their business hours, you can pickup on Saturdays from 9am-2pm. So when you get there between those designated hours NO ONE ANSWER THE BELL/KNOCKING. This is so rule you guys are the reason OUR packages get lost and send back...something needs to change asap I'm sick of this particular postal service..I'm going to cancel my postal box service here.at George Todd Rd..and I want to get in touch with the Post Master🫵🏾 whatever the name of his title. ☹️👎🏿

In the past week, I have had 3 packages marked as delivered without receiving them. On Sept. 5 the first package was supposedly delivered but when I got home there was no package. I went online to check delivery again, and it said that my package was delivered to the 36117 area, but I do not live in that area. I called this location multiple times the morning of Sept. 6 and received no answer. I called again later in the day and was finally able to get someone. The representative that answered the phone stated that he contacted the carrier and the carrier remembered something about my package and that I should receive it later today. I am not sure what he meant by the carrier remembered something about my package, but it seems like they purposely do not deliver them sometimes. I did eventually receive my package later that day. I had 2 other packages scheduled for delivery on Sept. 9...marked delivered in the 36117 area. Today is Sept. 10, and I am dealing with the same issue again and can not get anyone on the phone.
