Just moved to Montgomery, Alabama last February 2023.
I chose to move here and be close to my grandkids, and daughter and son.
I have an old mailbox attached to the house, by the front door. Mail came to my home just fine until January of 24.
Post office sends me a letter requesting I install a more convenient mailbox, for the mailman convenience, out by the road.
I'm ok with that. Until some maniac did bodies in my front yard and smashed the mailbox to smithereens.
Now I havnt recieved mail since that happened 4 months ago. I'm told I must retrieve my own mail at the Todd road post office myself.
WHAT?
Yes. I am to install a new convenient mail box or the mailman won't deliver. Shame on Montgomery and shame on the cheapskate, lazy post office.

Im tired of writing bad reviews about Montgomery, Al.... My phone is broken so I got an iPhone mailed to my apartment's secure Amazon Locker. Well, I received an email saying it was delivered but never got a code because why? The USPS driver stole it! I have to move out of this evil city. You supposed to be delivering our packages but you stealing them. Sad world.

This is the worst post office ever!! The older woman at the front desk is very rude, unprofessional, uncaring and super sarcastic! No one working with the public needs to have an attitude like she’s does! If I could give it a zero minus I would. She needs to be in the back of the house not the front.

Worst post office in Montgomery. Aholes mis shipped or lost 17 of my packages last year and they've had my packages since January 8. It's the 11th and still not delivered. And they wonder why people go POSTAL on their sorry azzes!!

My package was supposed to been delivered Dec. 6. It's now Dec 8 and still not delivered to my address. Informed delivery comes to my email telling me that I have mail that is suppose to arrive and does not arrive on the day that I get the email. But yet the post office actually have the audacity to up the prices they charge....wish I could just have all of my mail sent via UPS or FEDEX instead of the stupid post office.

They won't delivere mail to my address...I'm waiting on very important mail..this post off here is the worse in Montgomery..post man will ride by and look back at you..this just so ghetto to me..Update, been up to post office, they still won't get the postman to delivery my mail..I seen him one day and ask why my mail not being delivered,he told me he dnt have anything to do with that..now you know the world is bad if a postman talk to u like that, on top of being out of uniform..Ghetto..
