My last order that I received which I have orders come through all the time me and another person who reside at the same residence and I was appalled that I sent my granddaughter to get the mail and she's so happen to see something on the front lawn and lo and behold it was my package thrown at the curb of my front lawn!!!!! Now this is the first time I've ever had that to happen and I'm very disappointed in whoever the driver was that needs to be checked because even though it was a small item I had paid quite a bit for it and I would be very angry if I hadn't gotten it

I was told by Ben someone will call me in 45 mins. Way after that I got a call that rang 2 seconds then hung up never to call again. Very poor and intentional customer disregard. This item was never sent to its intended Kentucky destination. The label was pulled off and my address was put on.

Wanted to cut my local deluvery driver a break so I had a set of wheels/tires held for pickup at the customer center here. The young lady at the front counter was a pleasure to do business with and I was in and out in a short amount of time. Very good experience.

I never wrote a review. But I had to do this one&Worse worse place to delivery ..I don’t know even know where to start and end.Just look this pictures&Drivers avoid this place, specially outside companies.

2nd time in less than a week, driver either delivered the wrong package to my house or delivered my package to someone else’s house. Retrain your seasonal workers and on the other hand all you doing is matching the address on package to the house, really sad they can’t comprehend basic reading instructions.

Entry and exit doors are NOT user friendly for customers lugging large packages in and out. Especially while using a cart !!! Do BETTER UPS ! You have the means to fix this PITA issue for your Customers!

I hate not being able to contact a person at the actual store. This was after they pretended to deliver my package and then market it as the final delivery attempt on the 1st attempt. Policy says we’re supposed to get 3 attempts. Overall, this is ridiculous

The automated system is not the solution! They will not allow you to speak to an actual person concerning your delivery status. Delivery drivers are not updating their route progress during the day and are falsely reporting delivery attempts. USPS is more accessible and accountable, not much better. REAL PEOPLE NOT COMPUTERS AND AUTOMATION !!!!!!!
