My first visit ever. Walked in and immediately was overwhelmed. But like in a good way. They have quite a lot of makeup options however everything is grouped off by brands. The only thing I was unhappy about was the lack of associates. It was hard to find someone to help me. I ended up asking a random person inside for help. The general manager was running the register. Maybe they are short staffed but overall, clean store, great lighting, and the one staff I did find was friendly and helpful. The general manager was pleasant and professional as well.

I was desperate for a trim and Kristal was able to work me in quickly. I have never gotten a haircut at Ulta before. Kristal did a very good job, she took about 2 inches off just like I asked. Let me look at the length multiple times to make sure I was satisfied. Very satisfied!

I forgot this young lady's name, but she had patience with me. I was looking for a nice foundation and she assisted me professionally and respectfully. (She had a nose piercing) the only way I can describe her. So I thank her for her kindness

The associates at Ulta were friendly, courteous, and when I had a question about some items i had found, there were right there ready to help. they always checked in and made sure if customers had any questions or needed help with certain items while I was there. They had so many great deals and prices on items all over the store. I got a great fragrance box set as a xmas present from a loved one and I was over the moon about it! I never have a bad experience whenever I come here which is why always be a Ulta customer and I'll always come back!
