We used U-Pack after discovering how crazy labor costs had gotten for movers. We filled the entire 28' trailer ourselves. Practically elliminated the frustration associated with turning over all your worldly possesions to a stranger.We chose to set a firm delivery date and it was there that morning as promised.The 3-day load/unload time was no problem for a one-man job.We will be using U-Pack for all our moving needs in the future and recommend it to all our friends.

I moved from VA to AL and also had to store my items. Everything went well except I wasn’t impressed with the size of my relocube but I made it work for me. Quick with a response and very easy to talk to.

UPack was fantastic for my military move. I had a lot of scheduling problems and issues moving across country due to Covid and they assisted me every step of the way so things were still delivered on time.

The drivers were awesome. We worked with 3 different drivers, and all of them went out of their way to help us, such as moving trailers to make it easier for us to load, adding straps to make the load more secure, and helping to load and unload the 2nd trailer so we didn’t have to keep it on the property (we had to get a second trailer because we had 15 extra boxes). Moving is stressful, but U-Pack made the whole process a little less stressful. Thank you.

Having moved 4 times in the last 4 years to different states, this is the first time I have used Upack. Out of all the moves, this was by far the easiest and cheapest move I have done. Customer service is helpful and very courteous and professional and was there to answer all my questions and provide guidance into the size and type of trailer I needed. Using Upack is way cheaper than all the competitors and using Uhaul or Budget. I will definitely use this company in the future for all my moves.

Phenomenal company and experience. I was debating between UPack and PODS. I went with UPack because they were about $1400 cheaper. I could not ask for a better experience. They were on time, always easy to contact a person during the move when I had questions, the drivers were very professional and courteous, and they were one of the most customer friendly companies that I have ever done business with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move and I will definitely use them again on my next move.

My experience with u-Pack/ABF was wonderful. Online scheduling, 800 number representative and employees in both local offices in Montgomery, Alabama and Seattle, WA went above and beyond to make this move easy! I read and watched numerous articles and videos to see how to pack, and when I opened my cube, everything was in its place and not one thing was broken. I used shrink wrap and old blankets to wrap everything and secured it with 6 (one inch/16 ft) ratchet tie downs

My experience with u-Pack/ABF was wonderful. Online scheduling, 800 number representative and employees in both local offices in Montgomery, Alabama and Seattle, WA went above and beyond to make this move easy! I read and watched numerous articles and videos to see how to pack, and when I opened my cube, everything was in its place and not one thing was broken. I used shrink wrap and old blankets to wrap everything and secured it with 6 (one inch/16 ft) ratchet tie downs and several varying sizes of bungee cords. Seattle has some fairly strict permit rules but the local office worked with me to utilize a one-hour "live load". Chuck delivered my relocube and even helped me and my daughter unload it -- all in under 37 minutes! Less than one hour after the truck arrive with the cube, I was waiving goodby. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any future move.
