“I met Tony and he was a very honest person. I had bought this truck in Memphis from a super nice person. I told him the light came on in Birmingham Alabama and I was able to drive it to Montgomery. I let Tony have it and told the man from TN that he put a new transmission in it. Tony called Jasper transmission and they told him it was already out of warranty. I told Tony to fix it. I also let the man in Memphis know that it was being rebuilt. I could have ask him for the full bill but I told him could we split the bill. He agreed and Venmo the money the next day. I could say I was lucky to get anything but he was honest and sent me some money. Tony did a great job on the repair. I will take all my transmission problems to him. Thanks Tony for a great job!”

“My experience with this location was great! We were on our way to the beach for a family vacation and our 2016 Yukon XL began to have what we thought was transmission issues. After calling around several locals recommended Mr. Transmission. We made arrangements to drop it off on a Saturday (a day they are closed). Someone was there to receive our car and get our info. We ended up renting a call so they could look/work on it all week while we were at the beach. They kept us updated with the issues and ended up putting in a rebuilt transmission. The price was in range with other place (back home). They had the repairs done in a week and we picked it back up on a Saturday (again made special arrangements since they were closed). “Just purchased new tires from Tire City. Their prices were very competitive. When I arrived at the Atlanta Highway location I was asked if I would approve an extra charge around $100 if I needed alignment. I authorized the charge and to my surprise when it was time to checkout they said an alignment was not necessary and therefore I wasn’t charged the extra money. That is how honest companies operate and they will be my go to for tires and other services as well.”
