These people are scam artist. If I could give zero stars I would. I was told that my pedicure would $50 but they charged my card 60.00. When asked about they were rude and dismissive and started talking about me in their language. He claimed that he told me there would me a $15.00 up for gel nail polish. Which is a lie. They confirmed the price of $50.00 and then charged my card $60.00. Needless I will not be going back. One thing I can't stand is a liar and a thief.

These people were very unprofessional today. First the older guy walked over and touched my hand right after touching another customer’s feet. I simply asked him to wash his hands and he start complaining in their language. After that he goes over there and touch the lady feet again and I asked him wash his hands Again he started cursing at me then goes to wash his hand with only water No Soap!! When he walked over I just was disgusted at that point so I told him I would wait on the young lady. He walks off still talking crazy in his language so I started laughing. At that point the young lady turned around and gave me a nasty stare so I gave her one back because yes it was funny but at the same time very unprofessional. I don't understand why it was a big deal to wash Their hands! It literally took 2 hours to fix one nail and it all could have been avoided if they would wash their hands! The nail that I went to get fixed is wiggling now and if it breaks i will not be going back to this place to get it fixed!

I use to love this place, until recently... i called in and spoke with the owner and he gave me a price. In the back of my mind, i knew to have extra money just incase i misunderstood ( didn't hear) the price. When i got there, his wife was assigned to be my nail tech. I started asking about prices and she started getting frustrated. We all know how most nail places here act; if you don't confirm a price before they start working on your nails, they will charge you $100 for something very plain and worth $50 at the most. Because she " the Nail tech" Was getting frustrated with me asking about prices she said something to her husband, and in the midst of her talking to him I heard The word monkey. Her husband came over there borderline irate saying I didn't tell him I wanted press on when we talked on the phone. He threw his hands in the air and went back and sat down without trying to get an understanding. His wife and I agreed upon a style And price. She was very rough with my hands, Tearing up my cuticles and hurting my nail beds.. You can tell that she was agitated because I didn't allow her to just charge me An outrageous price. When she was done, it did not look anything like the picture and she was rushing me to leave and she knew I did not like my nails. I had to get my hair done so I didn't have to stay there and debate. Not to mention, I really believe she called me a monkey to her husband. When you go to a nail shop, they want you to sit down and let them do your nails and they just tell you a price at the end. It should be flyers and little booklets Listing prices If they don't like answering customers questions. I will never go there again. There should be a law that states Foreigners to speak English when around their customers because they can be discriminating against you, and you won't even know it. We need to stop giving these people our money... You pay them $100 for a set of nails and they smiling at you calling you a monkey as you walk out the door. I know us girls love to look good, but we have to find other means or find other people that do nails and stop going into these foreigners shops, when they don't care for us.

So when I was living in Montgomery, I would always go here to get my eyebrows waxed and he did an amazing job. This one star review comes from management. On Wednesday December 20th, I stopped by to get my eyebrows waxed and I expressed to the person doing them that I just wanted a shape up because my tail is thin. I don’t know where the miscommunication came in but he took it upon himself to fill in my brows. A simple 5 minute eyebrow waxed turned into a 30/40 minute makeup session for whatever reason. I am very simple naturally, I HATED my brows because you could clearly tell they were filled in but I tell him they are fine because I had every intention on wiping it off when I got to the car. I go to pay and he tells me $30. I am instantly confused because I never asked for my brows to be filled. I told the manager this and I felt so bad because I know the person worked hard on my brows but all I wanted was a simple $12 brow wax. The manager was upset that I hated the service and had a terrible attitude and was definitely talking about me in his native language. In the end, I did get the enhancement removed and I was not charged for the service. I just made this review because I am disappointed in the management and now I understand why they have such a low rating. I am thankful to the person who did my eyebrows because they look great. I just hate we had a miscommunication and it resulted into a whole fiasco. Sadly, I don’t think I would ever return but I am still grateful that everything was resolved in the end.

Guy did my pedicure was too rough he rushed the entire pedicure, didn’t properly file my toes , cut my skin. Looks like I let my God daughters do my toes poor service I would not recommend a dog come here 0/10

Very nasty attitude! The guy at the first desk got mad at me because one of the technicians got mad at me for just telling her I want my nails shaped back the same way I had them after she cut them down. She wanted to do them the way she wanted to do them which was a no. She rudely gets up and refuses to finish my nails and points for the guy at the front desk to do them. I waited until he was done with his customer and when he got done he told me to come sit in his chair. I had to show him a picture of almond shaped nails and he stated, “I’ll see if I can fix it, if not you have to leave and go somewhere else”. He shaped them correctly but he was a bit rough with my fingers complaining I need to relax and I was starting to tire him out. I came in wanting a fill in, a pedicure and an eyebrow wax and just left out with a fill in done. I was so mad I wasn’t going to ask for any other service from them. I was just glad this horrible experience was over.Service: Manicure

LOVEEEE THEM!!!! It was my first time going and as soon a I walked in they started on my nails! I showed the nail tech a picture and she did EXACTLY THAT!! Great atmosphere ???

They have nasty attitudes the customer is never right even though we know what we like. They let anyone do lashes and eyebrows, and those ladies have no clue what they are doing, their services are very over rated.
