Great location with proximity to so much in and around downtown Montgomery. I lived here for about 11 months and had a great experience in the complex and around the area. The leasing team was great and always welcomed current and prospective residents with a smile. Parking can sometimes be a bit of a challenge later at night and there is some natural street noise because of the location, but those are a small price to pay for the location and camaraderie within the complex. Thanks to The Heights and its team for contributing to an excellent experience in the area!

If you are looking for a great place to live in a fantastic location, this is it. The team at The Heights Montgomery Apartments were absolutely amazing. They were able to make a miracle happen and meet my move-in timeline. Wonderful community and close to so many amazing things to do in Montgomery. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There is limited storage but having in-suite laundry and access to a pretty good small gym are great positives to living here. Very happy. Definitely a place to consider if you are looking for a place to live. Highly recommended.

Christine and Whitney (Property Managers) at The Heights are impressive! I am extremely satisfied with my experience leading up to moving in and beyond! While I was across the country Christine continually assisted me with my application process by sending me videos of my apartment, and helping complete my lease early, so that I can immediately move-in upon my arrival. I also happened to visit the location a few months early and Whitney was more than happy to take me on a tour, and (we ended up spending hours talking about the living experience here). I could not be any happier with the time and effort they both took to ensure I would enjoy my living experience.
Being a military member, I am required to travel frequently and I have lived in quite a few apartments all over the country. I don't think I have lived in a community where I've felt this comfortable form the start. I visit the office almost every day and enjoy the warm greetings from the staff. You will not be disappointed with your living experience at The Heights. I will recommended this place to all other inbound military and my friends!

This place is great place is very nice well-maintained there's an elevator for easy access to higher floors when you have groceries or a lot of things to carry

I recently moved into The Heights and had a seamless experience. The area is fantastic, with convenient access to shops and restaurants. The move-in process was smooth, and the management team was incredibly helpful and responsive.

I lived at this apartment complex for 10 months and had a great experience. The location is excellent, especially if you work on Maxwell, and the short walk downtown is very convenient. The leasing agents, Christina and Whitney, were fantastic—friendly and very helpful!

Christine (property Manager) is fantastic! She was incredibly fast in response to all my inquiries and had made my move over the holiday weekend seamless. Whitney always has a smile and makes anyone coming to the front office feel right at home. Definitely a power team working in the Heights front office and continue setting up current and future residents for success. Thank you Christine and Whitney. I will continue to highly recommend the Heights as the place to reside for professionals with easy access to Maxwell AFB. There are no second chances to make a first impression and both Christine and Whitney do it right all the time.

Loved living here! Perfect location, great community of residents, and attentive admin staff.
- The rooms are new compared to the local area. Appliances were new, functional, and clean. Also, almost every room has a great view of either the Alabama River or the downtown/capitol area.
- This is a place is for people ok with walking. Parking downtown is rough, but you're a a quarter mile from great coffee and breweries, and about a half mile from the bar district, the whitewater training center, and the world famous Biscuits' baseball stadium. There is also a Lime Scooter staging area on site, for more torpid tenants.

As a civilian student at Air University, The Heights provided everything I needed. Easy billing, furniture rental, great location and amenities. It’s a quick drive to the base and an easy walk downtown. Would highly recommend to anyone coming in for school.

I had a wonderful experience living at this apartment for the past year. Whitney and Christine here are truly amazing - always friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel at home. A truly wonderful apartment! I absolutely love living in this community - the units are clean and well taken care of, the gym is well equipped, the pool is quiet and clean, and the parking lot is well lit at night. Maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff, Whitney and Christine are always happy to help to with anything I need!
