Stylist: Kendra(?) got me in the chair and went right to work on giving me what I asked for. She asked questions and listened to me before she started the process. She talked me through every step of my cut. My hair is short but it was necessary in order to achieve my desired look.

I took appointment for 1.20 pm when l was there at 1 pm, the lady in salon told me to come 2 pm and closed the salon and she left. How come they do this.Ridiculous. won't come for sure . I went around 2 pm another lady doing hair cut asked to re schedule appointment, when I sid I did twice she talked in rude way. I left without haircut.

Ok allow me to introduce myself.....i have battled cancer so getting my hair cut was and is a big deal to me ...I have a 5 year grow and it took me a few months to commit to trimming it....so today was the day i walked in Walmart on Atlanta highway here in Montgomery Alabama, I asked did i need a appointment and the young lady said no ma'am and Ms. Kendra took me....she was very professional and very attentive and she was very caring she asked how much I told her and it was done....my hair on measurements last night was close to 80 inches long I'm a firm believer that GOD puts people in our lives for a reason and today he put Ms. Kendra in mine. She will be doing my trimming from now on I'm very protective over my hair I have attached a before and after photos

Stylist: Ms. Kendra she is so loving and caring and takes the time you need as a client explaining what or how you want your hair to be done, I instantly feel in love with her touch, as I was checking out I looked at her and asked " did you for me while cutting my hair?", she smiled and she said I stayed prayed up and yes I did, I shared a lot with her and told her what I done for my hair at home and she said for me to stay on top of it WORDS CANT DESCRIBE HOW IT WAS ALL I KNOW IS SHE IS A VERY PLEASANT PERSON ????

Being a customer at Smart Style was an incredible experience. All of the stylists were friendly, polite, respectful--I'm a boomer, LOL--and engaging; it was AWESOME being there! Before I removed my hat, I asked Shay: "Are you s miracle worker?" She smiled, but didn't say yes or no. She did reply, however, after seeing my hair, "It's not as bad as you think." For real, being in the salon was like being on VACAY! I was ALTOGETHER satisfied with my hairdo. Go Shay! Go Smart Style! Katherine
