Our experience with Eli was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the Sleep Number products. And after discussions and trying out his recommendations we knew exactly which mattress would suit our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with Eli and eagerly await our delivery date.

We walked in about 15 minutes before the store closed just wanting to look around. Toni, the salesperson was happy to help and show us the different options available. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very easy to work with us and we ended up purchasing our very first sleep number bed. I can’t wait for it to arrive!

Don’t do it. You will have to constantly troubleshoot issues with the mattress. Customer service has limited hours and returning is a nightmare. Store can’t help you with anything after the sale.

I wanted a particular pillow in King size and they didn't have it in stock. They did offer to order it for me and have it shipped at no cost to me. There was only one salesman in the store, and he was busy with a couple trying out mattresses. We had a small wait until he could get to us.

My experience at the Montgomery store location was on point. All of my questions were answered and the sales representative named Cedric Johnson took his time showing my husband and I different options. We left smiling with our decision to purchase.

BEWARE! Horrible experience with sleep number. Returning our bed because it is very uncomfortable and it deflates all the way flat every time the valve opens(bad valve?) and I have to wait 5 minutes for it to pump back up. Were now stuck with over $800.00 “non refundable fees”
