Oh my goodness! 11/3/23 customer service experience was awesome from the young guys that were there! Answered all questions, provided information about our paint sprayer rental and painting questions. 11/4/2023 upon the return of our rental, which was less than 24 hours. The employee there on 11/4 had an attitude, tried to overcharge even though our paperwork and his computer reference showed different. The service was totally off and subpar! Sherwin Williams really need to speak to this associate about his customer service skills! The guys on 11/3 is what made the stars as high as I see it. They need some recognition

Each and every visit is insightful and educational. The team and especially assistant manager Q go above and beyond to help professionals and amateurs painters alike. Their patience and assistance is some of the best I’ve ever experienced in retail of all kinds but especially in the paint field. Additionally, if one doesn’t know the answer they will ask around and remember to get back to you later. After each visit I feel better equipped with great product and information .

All the staff including Gordon the rep were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was painting a brick sun porch which is no small project and they directed me to the exact product to use. Pleased with my entire experience with the store and staff. Our porch turned out beautifully!
