The cashier- a short bearded guy with glasses really disrespectful, just scrolling his phone while I’m standing waiting on him to turn on the pump to get gas.. then I try asking him and he talked back at me with attitude and shake his head.
That’s totally unacceptable behavior and should stay off your phone while attending to customers to say the least!

I just camed today 07/14, 8:30am I asked for a chicken breast and okra this men put okra in my bag and not the chicken... I can't come back at the moment because I'm at work so I called them. The guy hunged up in my face and wouldn't let me explain SO UNPROFESSIONAL

This gas station is convenient regarding the freeway—easy on and off if you are heading east on I85. The prices are pretty good and if you enter your phone number you can save 10 cents a gallon, which makes it pretty competitive with the best prices. As a credit card user I also like that they don’t charge extra to use your card. There was someone loitering that made me keep an eye out.

I recently visited this convenience store and was shocked by the racist behavior of the orange-bearded gas station clerk. He made inappropriate comments and treated me with disrespect. This type of behavior is unacceptable and I will not be returning. I encourage others to be aware of this issue and consider taking their business elsewhere. The owner needs to address this immediately and ensure all employees provide respectful, professional service to all customers.

My interaction with an employee there with an orange beard or a color similar was not pleasant at all. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or not, but that shouldn’t matter. He acted like he didn’t want to be bothered with me. I’m not sure why he had such a problem with me. I believe a conversation or retraining needs to take place. I’m a customer and should be treated like everyone else coming to this store! I’m not sure if I would want to come back to experience such treatment. Please make the appropriate changes thanks!

I don’t know if the owner is aware and reads the reviews but the cashier with the orange hair is extremely rude, unprofessional and lacks customer service. Don’t spend your money here!!!!

I go here everyday before work to get drinks and snacks if you ever have a problem they'll fix it and they're always happy to see their returning customers don't hesitate to stop in!

Can't say I was very impressed with the "state" of Alabama.Garbage along the highway, on three occasions I had pickup trucks pass me with garbage blowing out of the beds of their trucks. Like cover Man!All other states we drive through the highways were maintained, groomed and clean - not in Alabama - residents just don't seem to care.The Shell station had reasonably priced gas. Montgomery looked a bit run down. Idk, is Alabama on a slow recovery from hard economic times or is it always like that?No plans to return that's for sure.
