I’ve been to this nail salon 2 times before she started saying “I don’t have time to do your nails . Mind you there is only 1 person sitting in the chair and she is doing their nails . The place in always empty I’ve never seen another nail tech besides her mom . Rosie keeps saying everytime I’ve called or pulled up tat she doesn’t have time to do nails . The salon is always open and once again never busy !!!!!!! I understand if it was but in that case it’s never busy . If she is only taking appointments EVERYDAY she needs to make that a note on the door !!! . I’ve been very unsatisfied with the service of ROSIE NAILS

I went to this place of business, and was the first customer, the nail tech told me they didn't have time. So I left and went to Moon Nails, they were very nice!

Very rude service, I walked in and they all stared at me. I asked if they would do gel nails, and they said they didn't have time, all booked up! Very rude!

Horrible customer service!! I went in for a manicure (bc it's a nail shop right?)... Only one customer was in the shop, she has to call someone from the back to greet me. I ask for a manicure, Rosie says “we don't have a public restroomâ€... Clearly I didn't ask for the restroom, once again I asked and received the same response. Finally another lady comes and asks if I can wait a while, don't go to this place!!

Came here for a manicure and pedicure and she asked me what service I needed to them proceed to say they were all booked up. Why ask me if you were booked? Very suspicious
