Salesperson Judy was high pressure. When I started talking price, she blew me off and started working my 80 year old mother-in-law, whom we were shopping for. Looked at the posted advertising price of $299 and then she started adding additional costs. I. E. delivery from Atlanta, etc which the new coat is $641. What?? When I started discussing military discounts - I was told plain out ....no. Sje sternly said - "Talk to the manager." Then when I approached him and asked it was a plain "no". So, Maxwell stay away. This Montgomery store is NOT military friendly.

If you make the mistake of ordering furniture from Rooms to Go, I hope you don't get any defective items. If you do, you will have to jump through hoops to get them to replace or refund it. I purchased a manual reclining sofa that within a few months the frame broke on. I had to take a day off work to have a service tech come out to look at it, it took him all of five seconds to determine the problem. They luckily were able to replace it with another one within a couple of weeks. Fast forward another few months and the replacement also suffered the same failure. After having to wait a month for a tech to come out, I wasn't able to be home, because they only call you the day before to let you know the time that they will be there. Now after having to wait another month, and had to take another day off work, for a tech to come out and tell me what I have already told Rooms to Go, the frame is broken, the tech canceled. So now I have missed a day of work and they are telling me that they are unable to work with me and schedule a time that works for me, just a day. Now I have to miss another day of work to hopefully not have them cancel again. Save your money and buy from a better company that actually respects their customers.
