I love River Bank and Trust and have been a loyal client for years, but it seems like customer service at some branches need desperate improvement. I called this branch around 4:15pm to ask a simple question regarding my account that I have had to wait for several days to resolve, simply because it happened over the weekend. Someone picked up the phone and hung it back up immediately without saying a word. I called right back and the phone rang for several minutes before I figured no one would answer. I understand it was close to closing time (5pm), however the outright poor customer service while the business is still open is appalling. One star for customer service at this Montgomery branch.

I love River Bank and Trust because I never have to wait on hold to speak to a person, and I always get my banking questions answered - someone is always there to talk to me and help me; unlike when I used to have to call Regions bank and wait on hold for 20 minutes before I could speak to a person. I also like that they reimburse me for fees charged when I use any other ATM. I like the personable touch that the bank provides!

Been a member for a decade...sent me letter telling me my free account was changing to an account that costs $8.00 a month and nothing I could do about. Thanks for the loyalty award!

I am not an account holder at this institution, but I have regularly had checks cashed at this branch. I have always received timely service with a smile and treated with respect by each and every employee of the bank.
