WEAK management at this branch! Totally understaffed. Had a 1:00 appointment, arrived, there was no system to check in and only 2 employees serving customers at desks, with only 1 for walk-up counter service. Line out the door for both. Finally got seen at 1:35. In the meantime, a middle-aged man in a suit walked in on the phone, looked around, saw the two lines and angry customers, said nothing, went to his corner office, closed the door, and continued his phone conversation for the rest of the time we were there. If he's the manager, he's a WEAK and incompetent leader. If he's not the manager, then the manager is a WEAK and incompetent leader who does not inspire employees to care even a teeny tiny bit about customers. I'm sure Regions would offer all kinds of stupid, WEAK excuses for the horrendous level of service, but the bottom line is this: WEAKNESS. Regions should be ashamed, but I'm sure that the corporate leaders don't care. Turn a profit, who cares, right?

Absolute horrible experience with regions, we were told both verbally and email multiple times that we'd receive our refund for a forgiven ppp loan in 30 days and no further action was needed. We waited a few days and then followed up with her only for her to have a smart response and tell us to read the prior email stating everything is good to go. Well 30 days goes by and guess what? No money, we reach out to her only to find out "regions" hasn't received anything from the sba so we should call them, why tf wouldn't you tell me this 15 or 30 days ago? Why wait until the 30 days are up? I clearly asked ypu to make sure it's all good to go, now we're just playing some stupid waiting game for no reason at all other than Denna the manager.

I walked in and waited to speak with a banker. And no one asked if I need anything or can I help you. I notice one banker Cedric Bolling was sitting at his desk doing Goggle searching on his computer and it took him a while for him to get up and assist anyone to help. And I've been waiting in the lobby for twenty minutes and one lady ask was I in line I told her I'm waiting on a banker Mr. Bolling turn and look and still continue to do his Google search. Then minutes after he left his desk to come to the lobby asking can he assist anyone. I never thought that waiting thirty minutes for a banker and they see people coming in the lobby and never stop to see what they can assist with smd. Coming back to this branch may be a while for me

I visited this branch that I had remembered as once a vibrant-looking office with cheerful and efficient staff. Now it seems overly hot and stuffy in Summer, with overworked (therefore very slow) employees. After almost a month, I haven't heard back on my issue. I purposely waited to see if they would ever call me back. I may have just gotten my answer.

Slow service. Understaffed Monday thru Saturday Corporation that owns regions bank seem like they refuse to hire staff. Long long long wait times drive thru and lobby. I don't understand why it's only 1 bank teller for lobby and 1 teller for drive thru

Worst service in town. One teller and 8 people in line while 2 lady's kept switching to see who could get out of helping people. If you believe 10 min is an average time to wait like that claim then you believe our current President, basement Joe is doing an outstanding job. Hire more people!!!!! Thanks for wasting 15 min of time out of my 30 min lunch break!!!!

Mary Potts was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and informative and had me in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend that anyone setting up a new account go see Mary Potts at the Taylor rd branch!

Opening a CD account was made easy and quickly by Katie Potts. After having a 20 minute wait on 5/5/23, I dreaded another long wait. However on 5/9/23, I walked in and Katie helped me right away.

We are military members and therefore have USAA banking. However, I went to this branch to get smaller bills for two $100 bills. They would not help me because I did not have an account. I explained that we are military and cannot go to a USAA branch to get change and they still refused to help me.Other banks do this for us, no problem. I immediately went to Guardian and they happily helped me with no issue.
