Every time I go there to make a deposit my money comes up short take your money to another regions the clerks at this one are grimey and greedy thieves and it’s happened the last 3 times

I don't have any problems with regions bank always friendly and waiting time is no more than it takes to serve the people and if you are not satisfied with your service change banks not ugly comments or talk to the main person in charge at the bank the problem you are having with this bank makes more sense.

Every time I come to this branch there are 10 plus people waiting in lobby. They all stay at the drive through window like the rest of the bank doesn't exist. No reason you should ever wait more than 3 min in line. Here you wait 20 or more.

This bank will scam you into overdrafts your account... I deposit $50 at 10am to cover a charge but they told me we don’t see a deposit then the next day my deposit was posted and they charge $35 overdraft fee but it’s say any deposit made after 8pm will be in your account the next day ... I made my deposit at 10am.

I have been a customer for many years and I have been very satisfied. If I have an issue, it has been dealt with very quickly. Everyone is very professional and they greet you with a smile. This is a nice business and I'm happy that they have many branches to serve my banking needs.
