The store DM is awful and sad. She literally had me waiting 3 full months for a refund. She slow to speak as if she knows nothing about her job.

Store is never open on time. Doors were locked everytime I visited. I think there's lack of staff

I purchased three outfits I just wanted to get a bigger size since when do you need a receipt to get a bigger size I won't be going back to rainbow again that's ridiculous..then one my items had a hole in it they didn't even try to compensate with this issue when this was something on the store not me smh
