I was seen quickly. The woman who drew my blood was professional, competent and kind. It was a quick and easy in and out.

Scheduled appt thru the website. Received timely confirmation then reminder. Check in minimal (and accommodations for sight impaired, mobility impaired etc). Called to the back, 30 seconds after "squeeze, then release" my sample was drawn and I actually left 3 minutes before my appt time.
