The hotel property was super clean. The lobby is very nice as well. I made my reservation through Choice. The check in process was quick and easy. The staff are polite and courteous. The rooms are old though. The sheets and comforter are very old and worn. The same for the towels. There's a musty smell in the rooms. The chair had a huge stain. I could hear the doors in the hallway opening and closing throughout the night. The pool and gym room have been closed for some time. Breakfast was good. Bagels, muffins, eggs and biscuits, waffles, and fruits. Overall it was just average. Hotel is right next to Wendy's, Waffle House and a gas station.

Not worth the stay. They advertise they have a pool but they don't because it's shut down. The staff is not very friendly. Not a kid friendly place either. They are dog friendly but charge you 20$ extra for each dog and each day they are with you. So I would recommend to just pass this place up and go to one that isn't this place!!!!

Pretty awesome hotel. Comfy beds and hot showers. Check in was super nice. Location is very convenient to restaurants and gas stations and remarkably pretty peaceful. Continental breakfast was OK.

We reserved a room here for 05/26/23-05/27/23 through Priceline, which we have done many, many times before at other hotels with no issues. I received a confirmation email and text regarding our room reservation. Upon arriving that evening, I gave the guy our name at the front desk and without looking at his computer he said "sorry, no reservation." I was like, check your computer, we made a reservation a few days ago, he quickly looked and again said "sorry, no reservation." I showed him the confirmation text and also went outside to our vehicle and got the PRINTED OFF CONFIRMATION EMAIL and PRINTED OFF CONFIRMATION trip ID number. He then contacted what I assume was the manager and said "Sorry, no reservation, but we have a room available for 125 a night." I just walked out!! We initially reserved the room for 79.00 plus tax a night, which I showed him all of this. I went outside and called Priceline, who also stated they had this reservation confirmed on their end and would contact the hotel and call me back. After about 10 minutes I received a return call from Priceline who stated they do not understand why the hotel is not honoring the reservation, stating they were told also there wasn't one, even though they had received a confirmation email from Quality Inn confirming this reservation. We were so frustrated. Over an hour now had gone by and it was getting late, so we just drove next door to the Days Inn and they were super nice and accommodative and got a room there for just 85 TOTAL!! The guy at the front desk of Quality Inn was rude, not helpful and it just seems funny to me that they would not honor the 79.00 a night booking, but said we could get a room for 125 a night. Something just seems very fishy about this. We will not stay here, feel they canceled the reservation just to get more money for a room. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would.

Not as bad as I thought. Housekeeping came to the room 10 minutes before checkout time and was kind of rude. The phones were not connected so I could not call the front desk to find out about breakfast. The staff were kind of rude at this place but I can say that it was safe enough to lay my head and clean enough to feel comfortable taking a shower.Rooms: Clean enough to shower and sleep peacefully.Safety: Felt safe for the most part.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant nearby

A good place to stay with young children. The outdoor pool was closed, with a cover. I recommend calling before booking if you want to make sure the pool is open. The breakfast was a traditional hotel breakfast. Eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, coffee, apples, and oranges. The rooms are typical. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly.Safety: I felt safe. The parking lot is well lit.Walkability: You can walk to McDonald's (witch is the worst McDonald's ever, separate review), Chevron store, Taco Bell, and Waffle House.Food & drinks: There is no bar or restaurant on site. The only food is the free breakfast. There are both drinks and snacks vending machines.

This is my third stay here in 2 weeks. As a truck driver, I'm in motels 5 nights a week. This has become one of my favorites. They always have the room at a comfortable temperature when I walk in. The rooms are nice. But my main reason is the service. It is excellent.

A solid 4. I was extremely skeptical bc of the reviews and bc I have found choice hotels to be generally shabby in the last 5 or so years. But I was pleasantly surprised. I'm fact, I lost all my choice points bc I stopped staying at this brand. But this room is very nice. My only complaint is the top blanket is very light. I did not find any of the concerns posted in prior reviews. In fact, this room was quite clean and nothing was run down. I would definitely stay again. This is a great value!Noteworthy details: Close to Windcreek wetumpka and Montgomery.

I had an amazing stay! I was on the way to Florida and I wanted to see downtown Montgomery so I stayed here. My room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the Indian check in staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely be back here to stay and yes Quality Inn is definitely the best choice hotel I’ve stayed at.

After we checked in. We went to our rooms was as hot as it was outside. They turn your air conditioner on after you check in. Takes a while to cool down. Was woken up at 4:30a.m. by loud obnoxious guest, in the hallway, who were apparently smoking, since I could smell smoke in my room. Not necessarily managements fault, but didn't add to my experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast just offers bread, waffles, and cereal (didn't see any milk though ). Probably wouldn't stay there by again.

Only gave this place one star because I had to, otherwise it would be negative stars. We were initially booked for 4 weeks while my husband did school on Gunter. As soon as we walked into the room, the smell hit us, the room had mould and was damp, there was water and rust coming down the wall through a light fixture. The lamp shade next to the bed had mould growing on it, the carpets were disgusting, smoke detector kept going off, the room wasn’t clean, we saw several roaches, and even the bed felt damp. Washers were out of service, and there were socks and trash in the pool.It was so bad I immediately told my husband we weren’t staying there 4 weeks, and we ended up just staying the first week (we had already paid). Then we moved downtown to the Staybridge Suites, much better experience.Do not stay here unless you absolutely HAVE TO.

This hotel is extremely in need of tons of improvement. A two story hotel with NO Elevator, only steps to climb. Bedding is horrible (Thin curtain type spread for a comforter) Mold and or mildew smells from vents, carpet, and furniture in the room. Rust on just about everything in the room..The breakfast that they serve is pitiful. Outside on the patio, the grills were old and not cleaned.. they bought those from a local store..they had old pillows as if animals been sleeping on them. The owners must live there because they were growing a garden. Maintenance is awful.. have scratches on most of the doors and can see underneath them. Staff are at your door knocking at check out to make sure you are leaving..Overall this hotel is so ran down..Better off sleeping at a truck stop in your own vehicle..

I was there because of military duty. I will say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Here's the reasons why:Cleanliness: I found tissues stuck to the wall behind my bed when where head would be rest while sleep. There was hair in the bed and all over the bathroomThere was mold in my ac ventsSafety:There was people constantly in the parking lot smoking and hanging out. Deception:I pick the place due to the amenities that the place offered, but the pool was not openI contact customer service about these issues, but the gave me some reward point that didn't equal a free night stay. I even tried to send them the pictures of all the issues, but they didn't care. I don't thing any military member should stay in those conditions. With that said, I am going to try and get them removed from DTS.
