I was already in a good mood, went here to get medicine and on my way out was greeted by a store associate that told me to have a great Publix kind of day. I said you as well and I thought how wonderful to take a minute to make sure someone else's day was going well. Would go there again.

As a professional shopper, I have to say this is by far the best publix in montgomery. Aaron and Ian are great department managers. They know me by name and speak every time I see them. I just learned today that they're going to the new millbrook store soon. They deserve a raise. I have shopped at publix over 5000 times, and this publix has what I'm looking for 99% of the time. I do not know the meat department manager's name, but he is great also. I definitely recommend coming here.

I had done a online order this morning with the deli before I gotten there. My recipe said hot suppose to been hot. When I gotten there my order was cold like a refrigerator also they had it in pick up with vent blowing down on it cold as well the warmer wasn't hot at all.Also the drink machine was out of order. I wasn't a great customer I will NOT be be purchasing anything from there again it was my first and last.I should have complain to customer service about it and gotten my funds back. The guy at the desk at customer service couldn't even tell me how the the drink machine been down.Also he was a great employer tho.But also my order suppose to been toasted as well unfortunately it was NOT. I recommend anyone to avoid using they deli over there on vaugh rd.

This was a busy day because it was Mothers Day. Lots of people in the store. However, the store remained clean, organized, and even though the lines were long, the cashiers moved everyone right along in a timely manner. Always a great experience shopping here

2 stars for spelling it correctly. I ordered a cake and had a pick up time at 12:30pm. I got done with my appointment early and went to ask if my cake was ready. I was rudely informed that it will be ready at my pick up time which I completely understand given I was a little over an hour early. No problem. I come back at 12:35pm and they tell me that it will be another 20min which also wasn’t a problem. However I do have a problem with how the cake looks. It just looks like it was rushed and not decorated properly. I sent a picture of it to my cousin and she mentioned that the balloons look like little swimmers and I just can’t unsee it now. The writing is sloppy and just overall I’m disappointed with the cake. I don’t have a problem with waiting past my pick up time but if y’all already make me wait, I feel like I can at least expect that my cake looks good.

I recently rediscovered Publix and must say I'm impressed with the friendly staff and the wonderful selection of items in the floral dept, as well as the bakery and deli. The Zelda Road location is the best! Every employee I saw asked me if I needed any help. The atmosphere there was one of cheerful people and a pleasant trip to do my grocery shopping. I will go back to Publix from now on!
