On today of all days when I was moving my Father into Assisted Living. They were scheduled to show up at 8:30 am. At 9:00, no one had shown up. No one called. I called the number for David and got no answer. After the third call he finally answered and said he had no appointments booked today, but that he’d check his book and call me back. He called back 10 minutes later and offered a lame excuse of how he had no idea how he missed it, even though he could confirm that the appointment was verified by phone. I can’t give zero stars, but I would if I could. This so-called business needs to find a new business.

The owner charged me more than he quoted plus he never came back to take care of damages from the move.Also, after I made many calls to David Garner asking him to bring back my American Flag and pole that had been in my family, he just ignored my calls on that as well. Last time I saw it he was putting it his truck for safe keeping. So he steals from his customers as well. I'm very upset with David Garner. You don't steel and lie to individuals that are given you business.

David asked me to move some freight for him. Im a transportation company and we move freight. He had me secure a truck to move some freight for him and has never paid me for this load. This has been 8 months now of accounting calling him and emailing him with no resolve. Message after message. email after email. He will not answer the phone calls, messages or emails. So this has left me, a small Alabama based business like himself, with having to pay for his loads. This absolutely not fair and not good business. If he will do this to me, someone he hires to move his freight for him, then he will do it to others.

We had multiple items missing after our move and using his storage facility. We had multiple items damaged including furniture. We even had furniture that was unable to be put together due to missing pieces. He never returned our calls or cared to inquire about what was missing. Will never recommend nor use again.

Everything was fine until I found damage to my furniture and TV following my move. The owner (David Garner) came to inspect the damage but would not return calls or pay for the damage as he promised. Similar complaints exist on the Better Business Bureau website. I wish I had checked with the BBB before using Pro Movers & Storage. Very disappointing to say the least.

I would definitely recommend Pro Movers. I called around and got several quotes and was utterly amazed at what people were quoting me. David came out looked at our belongings and gave me an exact quote! No surprise at the end like some companies and saying you owe more than expected. The movers were great. Very nice and took care in handling our stuff. It was a thousand degrees outside but they kept a good attitude. I am very thankful i found them. Moving is stressful enough but these guys are great!

I used PRO Movers and Storage to move my grandmother's house when it sold. David, the owner, was professional and patient, answering all questions and addressing every need, even before I knew I needed it. I felt he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of which made it incredibly stress-free for me. He provided storage to move my belongings into and his guys did a great job at packing the house and getting everything delivered safely, which was a concern since there were many very old pieces of furniture. It was reasonably priced, he was professional, his workers were efficient and hard-working and I will recommend him confidently, as well as use him for future moves.
