On february the tenth twenty twenty four came into this home depot location to get supplies for a project. One item washe supply wood that I need to cut in half. Found all my supplies paid for them at the register. Ask the cashier if there was someone that could cut it for me. He called over the intercom for a lumber assault, He was told that he was on break and would be back in five minutes. I went back to the cutting area in lumber. There was a young lady standing there that I had seen waiting there while I was shopping for an hour. Found out she'd been waiting for the same person when I saw her waiting. It took thirty to forty more minutes and two more calls over income before an associate came to cut the plywood in half. He had an obvious attitude about it didn't matter. I just need my wood cut so I can get home. He grabbed the wood. Put it in placebut before that, he grabbed a tape measure and went through the motions of measuring halfway. But when I got home , I realized it wasn't exactly half wheels like a five inch difference. Luckily for me, I didn't needed to be exact. I just needed it be in half so I could get it in the car. But my big thing is what if I didn't need It cut in half and his anger and being a smart a** He's just gonna cut it any size he wants it and then hand it to me as if it's cut in half. I worked in a hardware store myself and constantly constantly disappointed in the lack of customer service I find in today's hardware stores and stores in general. I also am ex store manager for companies like Walmart. Fresh and Easy Grocery store and Famous Footwear Shoe Store. I know you can do better than this.

the worst place to buy a tool, and to have someone help you. 30 mins wait for someone to come to open the cage and did not arrive. I went to Lowe's

Store is filthy. Associates are just standing around doing nothing. The when you get ready to check out there are no registers open but the three associates standing at self check out doing nothing refuse to check you out. I don't work for home depot so I won't check myself out. Last two times ineft my purchase at the counter. Won't be back.

Don't order appliance from here. After waiting 1 week for delivery. They tried to reschedule my order without my permission or even a phone call. Wanted me to wait an extra week. No compensation was made. So I cancelled the order. How long am I supposed to wait to do laundry? Never doing any more home delivery with install with them. I suggest you all take this warning seriously.

If you have any questions at this location, ask "Law"! He is really nice, super knowledgeable & very professional. He basically knows this Home Depot like his own yard. I'm not giving these 5 stars to this Home Depot, I'm giving them to Law. He is THAT good!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service. Nobody will help you even if you ask. I waited to have someone help me in the wood area for 30 mins and nobody came even after asking for an associate

This location seems smaller than the new one on Chantilly, but it might just be the way it's organized. Because I'm big on DIY, I usually know what I'm looking for and where to find it. The staff is friendly enough, it's more just about finding someone to help you. I know skilled home improvement employees are probably hard to find these days. So I appreciate when they're in store and available.

DO NOT use Home Depot contractors. I have always loved Home Depot. When it was time to replace our flooring-we didn't think of any where else. We trusted that their flooring contractor was reliable. Four days in, they announce the flooring was defective. What was defective was their ability to install luxury vinyl plank. They did not level the floors or sweep debris. We have $15,000 worth of floor that has devalued our home. This started July 29, 2018-we have yet to get satisfaction from Home Depot. The contacting manager finally came to see the chaos and said he'd call us back within three days. It's been three weeks. I am not the type to do unfavorable reviews-I do not want anyone else to experience the nightmare we are experiencing.

The thing about Home Depot is I really like Home Depot. They get a lot of my business. I needed a $35 door but they would not ship, would not deliver. Pick up only. Did we lose a war? Figure out your freight situation, Home Depot.

Called and was put on hold. Waited about 6 mins and they pick up and hang up. Tried again and got the same thing. Guess someone else can take my money on this big job I need supplies for. This is the kind of service you get from billion dollar chains like this.they could care less. Lowe’s didn’t mind helping me.

DO NOT purchase storm doors w/installation from this location. We have been waiting two months, have made multiple calls to the store only to get the run around, no return calls from associates or store managers. When we finally received feedback we were told the manager has to wait for the installation coordinator who is off today. Why wouldn't at least one manager know the process? Here's a tip, create a system (i.e. a binder) with instructions on how to service customers in the event they need something when said coordinator is not working. Please mystery shop this store - a sad joke indeed.

The movie "The Money Pit" is reflective of life in my house right now, thanks to Home Depot. We built our current dwelling five years ago, using almost exclusively Home Depot products. Since then we have had to replace our entire shower, thanks to a defective piece for the hanging glass doors (the company that made the pre-fab shower went out of business, and Home Depot offered absolutely no help in solving our problem). The spring lock on our door no longer works. The seal has failed on one of our double pane windows, and as a result the space between the panes is fogged up. There are lots of smaller problems (i.e., bathroom fixtures, utility sink deteriorating, loose screws in the cabinets, etc.), but our major headache has been from a poorly installed granite counter top/kitchen sink. The granite was not finished properly and has a permanent haze in certain areas. We had the same granite in our previous house and we know how it should look. This is clearly inferior. Now, for the latest: Tonight our sink actually spontaneously detached from the granite and is falling into the cabinet. I can't tell you whether the merchandise or service has improved since we purchased all our products from Home Depot 5 years ago. But I will avoid them and opt for shopping at Lowe's.

Nice Home Depot. The workers are helpful and friendly. And it's easy to find some help. I've even had one of the cashiers leave their area to help make keys until the key got was free. Very large parking area.
