We have a crack in our windshield caused by rocks flying off from a truck that is insured by this company. I contacted them last week and was told that a claims representative would contact me "in a day or two". Tomorrow will be one week since I contacted them and still have not heard from anybody.

I've been with the Palomar insurance Corporation for nearly 8 years. Dorothy and Alison have been wonderful to work with- always very responsive and courteous.
