unprofessional. I went in today for a pedicure and an acrylic full set. With the pedicure, the employee somehow managed to rip skin, causing bleeding in the big toe. With the acrylic full set, the employee began to do an overlay (with no tip) and also stated they didn’t have powder for nails, when in reality they did.
If students are going to be the fave of the company, it is imperative to have them knowledgeable and aware of the correct services a customer is receiving. I’m very disappointed in the services that was provided from the employees.

This place is only good for polishing toes! Went here twice and had to get my nails redone both times very sloppy work.

I have been going for awhile. I usually get gel, they are the best. So far, they have done an excellent job. Precise, neat, and always take their time. I had a hang nail, the older lady was my nail tech and she did what needed to be. My pedicures always last and the one manicure I got was with design and the tech did an awesome job it lasted for at least a month and a half. I always try to tip.

They told me one price when i call them and they changed their word when i went to the store. The customer service is too bad. The person in the reception is not even responding properly.

I have the best nail technician in all of Alabama! Natalie is phenomenal. I have never been as happy as I have been with her services. My nails always look perfect, and her prices are consistently affordable. I am very impressed with everyone in the store. The customer service is outstanding. I have seen the manager assist several elderly people to their vehicles. Everyone goes out of their way to smile and speak. I have never felt intimidated or made fun of. I have been well taken care of at this location and I am very pleased.

I wanted to make an addition to my last review of this establishment because they continue to do outstanding business!!! I can be a very complicated customer when it comes to these types of services because I am truly a wimp. The electric file terrifies me because I’ve had some terrible experiences at other salons. Suffice to say- manicure and pedicure day is NOT something I’ve ever looked forward to. HOWEVER- this is by far, the BEST salon in the area, in my opinion, and today was all the more proof just how much compassion they express for their customers. Ms. Lee and Kevin took excellent care of me today. I managed to actually relax and enjoy myself, and they did not make me feel like I was the least bit of a frustration to them, which speaks volumes to a personality like mine! I am very thankful for Nail Studio and Spa, Kevin, Ms. Lee, and Natalie. ?

The absolute worst experience ever.The guy that did my nails did a sloppy job and left polish all over my nails, he kept taking breaks to smoke, used the wrong file on my nails and burned me several times. I thought I was being punked. There were several people standing over me as he provided this service.... very awkward as some were coughing. Some of the workers there appeared to provide great service... just not this one

Took my wife here. We went early in the morning, but something felt off. The place was empty, and the guy working there rushed my wife through picking a nail color. Then, her nails chipped the same day. It's just not right. She deserves better treatment and service when she's trying to relax and enjoy herself.

Very beautiful place and feels relaxing, love the music choice and even though they didn't want to talk due to the language barrier, they still helped me with my request instead of ignoring me, I appreciate that! The work was done very well feet and hands, great service, didn't try to sell me anything extra. I wish the massages was longer...lol
