The process is smooth and the owner is kind. They finish work promptly and cars come back looking showroom great or even better. They wash and sometimes detail the interior at no charge. My car had scrapes and scratches down the entire passenger side after a run-in with a bush. They buffed it out, cleaned it up, and waxed it. The car looks so good that I was joking that I should scratch up the other side too! It looks like new, and it's 15 years old. Price was very reasonable.
