“Michael and Josh were my knight and shinning armor last week!!!! The screen of my phone went out and I could not wait a week for a new one. They helped me pre-order my new phone and watch and provided me with a temporary phone for the week!!! As a business owner I need my cell phone on the daily and they wanted to solve my problems!! I have used all of the other locations in Montgomery except for this one and not had great experiences.. these two amazing men provided knowlege and a great experience!! “Marcus at the AT&T Ann st. location was very knowledgeable and helpful, however additional sale team support is needed for individualized customer attention, if needed and to avoid long wait times…..Marcus did his best in a calm and professional manner in a stressful work environment. Employing courteous and willing employees in today’s workforce is becoming extremely difficult as well as maintaining and incentivizing qualified employees .”

“Been having issues with my phone for quite a while now, and simply put, I've been extremely frustrated. I've gone to several stores to try to get some solutions, but unfortunately, the fixes were only temporary. I recently visited the location in East chase, hoping for a once-and-for-all solution. The associate, Anna, knew exactly what to do! In addition, she was professional, knowledgeable and so pleasant! I was so impressed (and relieved). :) So far so good with my phone! I will not have to change carriers as initially thought! THANK YOU!!!”
