I went there 2 days ago and pay my phone bill 78 bucks gave the fem guy 80 then he say it's 87 so I give him 100. Boom call customer service they say my phone bill is due an 15 days and i paid 50.43. long story short they pocket money.

As I am sure with any franchise business there will be a different opinion of customer service depending upon the location. The Day St./ Airbase Blvd. location has excellent customer service. They’re helpful and friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure that you’re satisfied within their power!
