Yesterday I was robbed and the guy took my phone. I called Metro and because I only have one line, I have to go into the store now because they can not send a link to my phone.Last week, my home and car were crushed by a tree in the storm and I have 5 children, no vehicle and I have to be at the mercy of others for a ride. Time is of the essence when a phone is stolen, I went to Ann Street at 11 am and the doors were locked, came back at 12 and a woman was there. She said customer service should have deactivated my phone she can not help me, I asked her to call customer support and she said no, I have to do it. Even after explaining I have no ride and my life is hell she heartlessly told me she can't help me.I left and called Metro on Eastern BLVD and that rep, she deativated my phone and she helped me get a new one within 30 minutes..Google Tiffany Russell of Montgomery Alabama and you'll see my story imagine getting robbed days later in front of my children.Use Eastern Store.They are supposed to deactivate your phone with one line in the store and you need valid ID

Smell like nothing, but weed when you walk in. The actually had to leave the door open to air it out, guess they weren't expecting customers.

Beware new customers !! When you want a new phone (Upgrade) after being a customer with Metro for over a year. You will pay almost full price for that phone. And know this the people in the store will charge you for services you don't want when you activate a new phone.
