McConnell Honda treated me as if I was family from the very start of my car buying experience. I had experienced the worst series of events prior to this purchase and walked out of this dealership with a sense of ease after months of worry. Not only can you trust the Honda brand, you can trust McConnell. I had the pleasure of buying my ‘24 Honda Civic here and would highly recommend their services.

Really good people! When we had a recall on our Honda CRV we had to have it towed to the dealership to get it assessed and they were able to get the part replaced on it in a timely manner as well as reimburse us for the tow bill. Thank you Andrew for all your help!

I made an appointment today for 10am. After driving 30 minutes to get there, cars were lined up around the building. Both service lanes were full and cars continued to pull up. Through the glass the service bays looked to be all full. They apparently schedule 20 people for service at the same time, lobby was full and no where to sit. Go somewhere else with your time and money. I was told it would be a 2 HOUR WAIT for scheduled basic maintenance.

I desperately needed a new auto. My chief auto mechanic (who is a real help since his charges are very reasonable) recommended getting a certain type engine for my purposes. So I followed that idea and bought one from McConnel Honda. One of the sales persons named Byron White helped us find one. Good auto, I like it. It took Byron's efforts by actually giving us not just the one key fob available but had the company make us another one at no cost. That was what he said he would do during our purchase. That has helped us. We appreciate his knowledge about the car and his help.

Absolutely excellent experience here. I just bought a new Honda Civic, and Kenny, my sales rep, provided warm, patient, and authentic service.
