We came here to purchase another mattress following a warranty claim on our previous mattress (also from Mattress Firm, but online). Employees were knowledgeable and friendly, and listened to our preferences to make suggestions on suitable mattresses (and not mattresses that were $5000). Would shop here for a mattress again (which hopefully won’t be for a long time!)

Reggie was an outstanding salesman. He allowed me to look at multiple mattresses and shared his expertise which assisted in me making a purchase. He was never pushy and I spent a great deal of time checking out mattresses. He made the experience of finding a mattress so easy. We purchased a mattress in May. Unfortunately I have a lot of back issues and the one we purchased wasn't the right match for me. We came back and talked to Jason and he was great. They give you 4 months to see how you like the mattress you purchase. He helped us find another firmer mattress. It was the same price as the one we originally purchased so it ended up being an even trade. They are also going to deliver the new mattress and pick up the original one at no cost.

Our shopping experience was the best, the salesman was very helpful with all our questions and recommended just what was best for us. After trying several mattresses, we went back to the first one he recommended. They were very friendly and didn’t mind spending a lot of time with us and we appreciated their patience with us. We will definitely be buying more mattresses from them.

Super amazing experience! Went in to look at one mattress I saw online, after making one comment I was taken to another mattress that was perfect for me! Super friendly staff, plenty of opportunity to try new things out as well.
