Don't go to this one expecting any assistance. Two different people could not find anyone working in air conditioning today.

I wonder why there is such wonderful customer service here. It wasn't like this in the not so distant past. What changed? Anyone know?

This business gets a plus today....Online Pickup check out was amazing, the associate was very courteous...I've got to get her name!!!Picking up toy for hubby..... we didn't get to get the toy the sale associates did try to call other Lowe's to see if they had one in stock.... So we jus got a few other items.......
