I honestly can't see myself living anywhere else. The staff in the office are very polite and accommodating. Maintenance is TOP TIER and are very on top of service requests, you never have to wait if you have an issue. Management is good about handling any issues, especially when it comes to safety and unauthorized use of amenities. They really strive to keep their guests happy. I hear some people complain about rent, but it's AMAZING for everything you get, the service, and the vibes overall. It's literally an Oasis. Couldn't have asked for a better first home. They always look for ways to make living here better for their guests.

I moved into these apartments in 2023 and my AC has went out more than 4 times since moving in here! And now it’s 2024 and the AC has went out for the second time ALREADY this year!! My apartment gets up to 80 degrees and instead of them getting it fixed I was told that every apartment has its own problems! I recently found out that I was pregnant and these conditions are unacceptable! They HAVE NOT treated this serious situation like a #1 priority, so before even signing a lease here be sure to ask if your unit has any ongoing concerns that you need to be informed about because if not you WILL REGRET IT!

This is a great place. The apartments are nice, quiet, and very clean. Every week the landscaping is being maintained. The office mananger, Kim is very nice and she handles any concerns you have very promptly and makes it a priority. It great to know that it’s still genuine people in the world that care.

This is a very nice apartment complex. Beautiful landscape! Great staff! Gated community! Dog park, car wash area, garages, Amazon Hub box, apartments well maintained, pretty much quiet, of course you always have those few. The staff is really good, maintenance staff is great and responds very quickly(most of the time) to your requests. The ticketing system is very good and I wish it was a law that made other apartments use this system so they can track repairs needed. 1 point off because if you rent a room that’s above a garage that bedroom is gonna get really hot during the summer.Ahh, seems better now so 5 stars it is.

Still an amazing place to live. We've been here for a long time now. Today we had a wonderful pool party. Our Property Management team, and maintenance team were there. All the families came out and had a great time!!! Thanks Kim!! We just had our bathroom upgraded and repainted, and had some new fixtures put in place. They upgrade the carpeting very often especially if the old tenant had a dog you'll probably be moving into brand new carpeting. The place stays nice and clean and the Mangement team tries to keep the residents in order. There is a assigned off duty police officer to help with issues as well, although the area is very safe on the nice side of town.

I know one thing g for sure the pictures match up exactly to how the community looks .I am so impressed and look fwd to being a tenant here . Everything was so clean, and Mrs.Jackson did an amazing job at making me feel like I was at home while viewing the community

Loved my two years here. I’m sad I have to move but my job is relocating me. If it wasn’t for my apartment I would of moved from Montgomery a long time ago. Staff and maintenance are A++++ I recommend anyone to stay here.

Legends at Taylor Lakes is an awesome community to call home, everything involved with leasing and move in was a breeze. Front office staff are extremely helpful and check in with you frequently. My apartment was the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into.

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived (and I've lived at 4 total now, including this one). The manager, Kim, runs this community like a well-oiled machine, and really cares about her patrons. Maintenance request? They're at your apartment the next day. Neighbor making noise? They're on it within 30 minutes. It's a little more expensive than some other communities, but you get what you pay for. Moved here from another state and am very happy with my choice.

I’ve stayed here for a year and a half and I must say, it was the best living experience I could have asked for. The apartments are a nice size and includes washer/drier in units. It has really nice appliances and its a peaceful/quiet community. The leasing office staff was always prompt and available to handle any concerns. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to any repairs. If you are looking for an apartment complex that is reasonably priced, safe and nice, please stop by Legends at Taylor Lakes. You will not regret it!!!!
