“Omg! ? I adore the changes she made to my daughter's graduation dress. An event with a Kentucky Derby theme. She effectively recreated a dress I bought. She exchange the top of the dress for a shirt I purchased separately. Just be ready for a three to four-week wait. This didn't bother me because I try not to put things off.”

“This location is the best , Let me say that I had surgery .And I called right before closing literally 10 minutes . They waited on me and I was able to get my husband's suit jackets for church. So professional both young ladies waited on me, above and beyond. Customer services most people would have not cared and said we are closed but these angels didn't Thank you ladies .”
“I needed to wash my clothes while in town because an inconsiderate guest left their clothes in the dryer at my hotel. I wasn’t touching it so I decided to take my clothes to the laundromat and I’m glad I did. The washing machine washed my clothes well and got out stains on my first wash. The dryers were nice and hot and I didn’t have to feed it quarters for it to dry my clothes. I was pleasantly surprise. Other patrons were friendly giving me a bit of southern hospitality I’ve been craving. The laundromat and machines were nice and clean. If I’m ever in town again, I will definitely be washing my clothes here!”
“The service is amazing. If there is a a problem your mistake or not they try to rectify/fix it for you. Each staff is always super helpful and unless they just dont see you try and greet you with a warm welcoming. There's been several times I had to run somewhere and they put my clothes from the washer to the dryer just to help me out. Best in Montgomery!”

“I rarely get anything dry cleaned if I can help it, but my daughter had a very expensive prom dress she wore once and I wanted it cleaned. I took it to this location because I suspected they are the most reliable, and they are. They quoted me a reasonable price and then gave me several, much appreciated discounts. The service was excellent and friendly. The manager was there taking care of customers. The dress came out nice and is well stored. Good service all around.”
“Used them for the first time. Not very satisfied. Had a 50% off up to 10 items but only 8 items had 50% off. When I picked up my large 16 piece order was told by staff that had an attitude I was given the discounts on all my lowest priced items. I asked why my formal dress was charge 2 different fees and did not have 50% off. Oh it had beads. Oh and the second charge happened to be exactly 50% of the original charge. So it looks like I was charge to clean the dress and also charge 50% more instead of taking it off like it should have been. I have lived in 4 states and never paid 60.00 to get this dressed dry cleaned. $129 plus bill should have been way less and I should not have had to argue with the staff. Oh well guess I will try another cleaners next time.
Update: I did read the reply and received the refund. Thank you very much for looking into this. This shows great customer service on your part. This has changed my opinion about your store and I will be back. I would ask could someone speak to the staff about the attitudes they display to customers. I am a manager myself and in situations like this I have a full staff meeting to not call anyone out and then if the actions persist then I sit down with the employee. Who knows they could have been having a bad day. Thank you again for you prompt attention and I will be back to use your stores services.”
“We only lived in Montgomery for a year and used Worth Cleaners for our occasional dry cleaning. Always friendly and our clothes were cleaned properly. We had moved and been gone for over a year when Jillian gave us a call saying we had clothes there that needed to be picked up! Whoops! Without any hesitation she said she would ship our clothing and we could settle the total costs afterwards. Completely professional and over the top helpful! Thankful for such good people!”

“Wouldn't hurt to sweep, but I wouldn't call it dirty. The machines are pretty big and awfully quick. I was worried I'd need two or three machines to do all my laundry, but only needed one. Solid experience for my first time in a laundromat.”
