Josh Noah was a very professional and friendly realtor. He provided us with a presale booklet with comps. Also, he developed a list of needed repairs and improvements. His wife, Jamie, did an amazing job with staging and beautiful photos of the house and property. His plan of action and guidance was vital. Josh Noah at LanMac has been phenomenal throughout our home buying process. My husband and I just bought our first house and Josh was with us every step of the way. He is very detail oriented and noticed things that never would have been on our radar while viewing houses. He helped us focus on the things we needed to and not worry so much about the small things. He was always there when we needed him. Once we found a house he also gave us recommendations for a mortgage broker and home inspector and we couldn't have been more pleased with them. My relator at LanMac was Debra Robinson and she is the best. She truly works hard to get everything she can for her client. She goes out of her way to help in any way. I had the pleasure of retaining Mr. Josh Noah to help me sell my father's house after his passing. Being from out of town I was referred to Lanmac Realty. Mr. Noah took my call and we set up a time to meet and look at the house. After the meeting I knew Josh was the type of person that I needed.His personal character, his demeanor and professionalism was very evident . Josh was very through'll with the information about the local market, and the CMA'S that he provided.He was able to help me find folks to help with the estate sale . He helped with finding an electrician and contractor with some of the repairs we had to do.He kept me completely informed on the events of the open house and the offers that we received.Then once we had an offer that we accepted he kept me informed thru the whole process and closing at times even making calls late in the evening.
