These folks stand by their word and will go out of their way to help you. We had a delivery mix-up which resulted in a pretty big waste of my time, but Clark and Tony really made up for it! Overall, I had a great experience and left feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend this location, the employees are great! Go see them!

I will give this place five stars, even though they are extra expensive! The service I received from one of their sales people was excellent even though I did not buy anything from him. He helped me out of a bind when I needed it most. I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out. He loaned me a chair controller for a short period of time to get my mother’s La-Z-Boy chair down so we could order a replacement from their service department.

Great salespeople - not pushy but happy to help me find my chair or loveseat. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I knew I was getting my 6th La-Z-Boy piece that day. Their furniture is so well-made & comfortable. They were also running a great sale! ? I was fairly open to different types & styles, so the salespeople showed me some various pieces & then let me bounce back & forth comparing them, sitting on them, flopping down on them! ? Left having ordered a FABULOUS chair named Paxton but in a Cinnamon 'leather match' which is a combination of leather on top & synthetic leather on the sides & back. Much more affordable than full leather!

Sales staff and designers were helpful during purchase but as soon as La-Z-Boy support got involved it all went down hill. A year after purchase of my power recliner the piston popped the weld and would no longer raise the foot rest. I was told by support that I would have to pay for the repair as it was no longer under warranty, which is fine and understandable. However, I spent months work with support to try and get it resolved but to no avail because there was "turn over" so my ticket kept getting shifted around and eventually "lost". A few more calls later they recommended I take it to a local dealer to see if it can be repaired and all they did was put a metal zip tie on it to hold it. I called back to complain and they said they could send me the parts to replace the entire motor assembly myself. When I mentioned that the local dealer couldn't fix it what made them think I could? Was I expected to spend $300 on parts only for me not to be able to fix it? Yes... This back and forth went on from about September 2022 all the way up to July of 2023. At this point they told me I could take it back by the local dealer but its not worth the time and energy. I'm closer to just throwing the chair away and not buying la-z-boy again, which is sad because that is why we bought from them in the first place. We thought we were buying quality products.

We found what we wanted but having trouble getting a call back from our salesperson to find out about delivery. I am very disappointed in Lazyboy. We never received a receipt either. Will shop elsewhere in the future.

Great service and selection. We’ve never shopped here before and I think this just became our new furniture store. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, custom ordered, and for an outstanding price. Thank you all so much - and special thanks to our sales associate, Tony, (at the Montgomery store) for answering all of our questions and making the check out process seamless!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping at Montgomery's La-Z-Boy store. The salesman and the interior designer, Mr. Davis, were both exceptional and represented their company extremely well. I will return for additional items.

Our experience with the gentleman that helps was great but there was a lady in a dress that works there that more of her bra was showing than covered up. She needed a cover up!!!

When it came time to purchase living room furniture, the first place I went to was La -Z-Boy and boy am I glad I did. Marcus Davis helped us and spent a lot of time with us, explaining everything in detail. I love that you can customize any way you want. We ordered the sofa and recliner we liked with the fabric we picked out as well!! Would highly recommend!!! If you think they are too expensive try going to other places and you will see they are just as high priced, but you do not get the luxury of picking out the fabric you want, what you see at their stores, is what you have to pick from.

What a pleasure to shop in person at La-Z-Boy Montgomery! The selection was fabulous, so all I needed to do is select the color, style, size ... no concern with quality. Each staff member was pleasant and helpful, working as a team for the good of all. We're blessed to have this quality showroom in Montgomery. A couple weeks transfer time may be needed for items in-stock in Birmingham to come to Montgomery.

Quality of the furniture does not meet expensive cost. Couch had repair within first few months of ownership that turned out to be loose screws/bolts from factory. One of our recliners has a part come loose and the warranty process is a joke. We also bought extra warranty protection at the time of purchase for fabric protection. We called about a seam coming loose and they advise it isn't covered.....what did I spend extra money for? Stay clear, they are not the high quality furniture line they use to be and do not take care of their customers after the sale.
