Not good people I part owner of two different business and the are saying that I need to sue . Martha place and the Montgomery biscuits baseball team. I how they get their business is me . With money because my uncle kyser need. I was a child at the age of 14 teen . I am sick and homeless. The police department is on there side . That means the Montgomery department in Alabama

Big showroom with lots to choose from. But VERY 90's in that they will not sell you one piece from a bedroom set. Well, there were a LOT of broken up bedroom sets, but they wouldn't break it up for me. Perhaps they only do that for their friends?

Despite the abundance of broken-up bedroom suits in the store, my wife and I were told we couldn't buy the nightstands we liked because..... tHeY dOn'T bReAk Up BeDrOoM sUiTs. ?♂️ I reached out to the manufacturer to see when they would be able to restock if they sold me the floor models, too. It would only be three and half weeks, but the manager of the furniture store still refused to sell me furniture.

I purchased a set of full grain Bassett furniture on March 26th. Immediately upon delivery the furniture was scratched and one chair had a factory defect. They promised to replace it. As of today, 9/28/20, the defective piece has not been replaced. They came about 2 months ago with the wrong piece and they sent someone out to fix the first set if scratches. Now, I have to keep blankets over it to keep it from being scratched. The person I have dealt with Stella, is rude and occasionally sends emails in all caps telling me that I need to be patient. Today, I noticed a tear in a recliner that is full thickness because it is so thin! This is definitely NOT full leather and I paid $5500.00 for junk and very poor customer service.

I would never tell anyone to go the this store. I have spent way more then I should have with them and they will not fix future that I have had problems with since I have bought. Then you call and Stella the manager was extremely rude!!

If you are tired of the chain stores with inferior quality furniture that you wait WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS to receive save yourself the headache. Twice I have walked into this store found exactly what I was looking for AND walked out the door with it. Quality product and American made. Kyser is the best furniture store in our area. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store and my shopping experience with them. Great products, great prices and excellent, helpful, pleasant staff. Save yourself time and money just go to Kyser.
