Cheap, but didn’t wash my car at all. Got stuck on the rack and was pushing my car up and down while not moving. Didn’t see any damage but would never go back personally.

By far best inside cleaning for four rows. A deluxe car wash and interior clean is the by far the cheapest in this DFW area. On a Saturday I am out in 30 minutes they are very express oriented.

Their poorly maintained machine ripped a hole in my vehicle. They refused to pay for it. Please don't risk getting your car destroyed. They have no insurance. He told me sue because they have a sign. Apparently this happens a lot. So do not send your car at thus car wash. It lifted my car off the track and damaged it. They tried to deny. The whole thing, even where their employees saw it. Its really scary gotten shook up. These are powerful machines that should shut off if they hit something. They can easily damage your car with no emergency shut off. I hope either the owner or/and manager sees this review.I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent car wash service I received at your establishment. As a loyal customer who values a clean and well-maintained vehicle, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received during my visit on 8/3/2023.I had opted for the top car wash service, expecting a thorough cleaning and attention to detail. However, my experience at your car wash fell far short of my expectations. I want to bring to your attention several issues that contributed to my dissatisfaction:1. Disinterested Staff: Upon arriving at your car wash, I immediately noticed that the staff appeared disinterested in addressing my concerns regarding cement stains on my car, which had been caused by a service truck. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, my concerns were brushed off without any sincere interest or consideration.2. Inadequate Cleaning: Once the car wash was complete, I was shocked to find that my car was still dirty in multiple areas. I had to point out these areas to the staff, which was disheartening considering the premium service I had paid for. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and reflected poorly on your establishment's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.3. Poor Time Management: I also noticed that the staff did not take the time to provide the service I had paid for. It seemed as though they were rushing through the process, compromising the quality of the cleaning. This lack of thoroughness further added to my overall dissatisfaction.Considering the aforementioned issues, I will not be returning to this car wash location. As a customer, I expect professionalism, attentiveness, and quality service, all of which were lacking during my recent visit. I need to share my experience with others so that they can avoid similar disappointments.Please take immediate action to rectify the issues I have highlighted. It is crucial to address the disinterest displayed by your staff towards customer concerns, improve the cleaning procedures to ensure a thorough job and emphasize the importance of providing the service that customers have paid for.My feedback will be taken seriously and used as an opportunity for improvement. I trust that you value your customers' opinions and will take the necessary steps to prevent such experiences from recurring.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Been comin' for years, always great staff and service, always pleased. Today they even found an old souvenir from a roadtrip we lost ages ago buried somewhere in the car! Made my day! Thanks, Kwik!

We paid a lot and were left with big water stains across the back seat like they just left the dirty water there to pool instead of sucking it back up when shampooing. It all took forever to dry out. The dash board and all the controls were disgustingly greasy with whatever product they slathered everywhere. We had to get a rag to remove it the instant we got back home. I would not go back.

Great price. Quick clean wash. Unlimited with it if use it more than twice a week. I used it twice in one day. Professional staff. Free air freshener.
