Dont ever order from them online cause twice I have and when I had a question I couldn't get them on the phone to answer! I shouldn't have to go all the way into Montgomery to get a question answered about my order for pickup!

I’ve enjoyed shopping here before and appreciated customer service. Carrie has been very helpful in finding the right items. HOWEVER I came in today and it was brutally hot inside. I couldn’t deal with it, and I don’t know how the employees are managing. I’m not shopping without AC!! Maybe I’ll try another store.

Love Kirklands! They have unique pieces that are often a great blend of traditional and modern. Their prices always amaze me for the quality I’m getting. There are usually sales so I often spend less than I thought I would.

As a trucker this place is not for a sleeper semi! Had to actually drive all the way on curve within 3 feet of actual store to get truck in to be unloaded! A nightmare for otr drivers! Stay away!
