Bought my Mercedes-Benz in for a replacement of my front bumper that had been hit they fixed the bumper told me it was a new bumper, which also included my daytime running light. When it came time for me to pick up my vehicle I did so and within a few days my indicator came on my dashboard saying that my daytime running light left side is out so I go out stands in front of my car and it is out I called back to Joe Hudson Collision Center on Wares Ferry Road and notify them of it and I was asked to bring it back in so I did when I bought it in it went right back out when I was on my way home haven't even made it to the highway yet again I called on my way home, now this one now is a light that is under warranty I had to end up talking with the manager which was new and started around the time i picked up my benz and didnt know at the time what was going on but ordered a new light and asked me to bring it in and it would only take 30 min so later in the weeks i did so and it was completed as i waited and when he bought my benz round the front we both looked at it and both lights were working. Now heading back to Selma, Al the indicator came on and sure enough it was back out. I called b4 I left Montgomery and told the gentleman who was there who ordered the initial bumper and he was shocked that it was back out that quick and told me it was the warranty light. And told me to ck with a shop in Selma and see can they fix it. I did that when I got my oil changed and they told me to take it back where I got it fixed at cause they not gonna touch it but didn't explain why when I asked and I was just told the body shop needs to repair it. So I contacted my Ins Co. USAA for help in what to do and my Adjuster had to call them after I told her my story and when she called she was put on hold for a while from the lady who answered the phone so my Adjuster hung up and called back and again put back on hold and finally the Manager came to the phone and told her that it's nothing else thay can do cause he ordered a new light and it might be something else going on. So my Adjuster spoke briefly after that and ended the call. My light was working fine before the accident and I did expect to have it repaired to work again but now I'm driving with one daytime running light on my Benz. because Joe Hudson Collision on Moores ferry rd in Montgomery can't fix it. #lefthanging. And now back to square 1, USAA is opening the claim to see where I can take my Benz to have it repaired.

A nightmare on Wares Ferry Road is what this was and what we'll live with. The first time they did not trim the excess off the edge of the new front bumper and it was noticeable with a gap below the headlight, and the front fender at the seam had a rough finish with an uneven gap compared to the other side. The second time the bumper and fender paint finish did not match the rest of the car and it was quite noticeable. The third time they had issues getting the paint to match so they sent it to one of their other locations so their 30-year paint guy could get it matched. He got it matched, but there are now three spots on the upper rear portion of the fender that have trash in the paint. For something that I was told would only take a week, my wife was without her car for approximately seven weeks. Four trips from Luverne to Montgomery. While we realize this considerably devalues the vehicle, we will live with the poor quality finish because she refuses to let them touch her car again and she doesn't want to have to be without it again. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend using JHCC.

My husband's truck had been hit from the back. They not only fixed it but corrected an issue with the hood. Very prompt and very courteous and professional. Now the receptionist is a whole other review I choose not to post about, but the courteousness of the ones who fixed his truck made the experience worthy of five stars
