I have visited and used many laundromats over my 54 yrs of life, but Jim Massey laundromats and Dry cleaners is superior to any other laundromat. I love the fact there surveillance 24-7, always clean inside and outside, Attendant is beautiful and friendly, always greet you when you’re there.

Harassed by two females and a male. Their employees encouraged the harassment. Low vibration people are out to harm innocent people like me. The police should know this and these employees should be fired. Customer safety should be more important.

I’m a trucker, I hate doing laundry at the truck stop due to expensive low quality washers and dryers and hauls upstairs usually. Anyway, I’m glad I came here. They have some huge washers and even though the parking lot was full there was plenty of washers and dryers to go still. Nice big vacant parking lot behind the place, good for bobtails.

My nephew Q'Mani has autism, ADHD, and a developmental delay. We went to the Jim Massey dry cleaner to wash and dry our laundry on Mcgehee road. During our time here, he was sitting down playing his game, screaming with excitement. The manager "Bob" comes over and says something about him screaming, which I can not control even though I tried shutting his mouth (which I should not have to do). He was not crying, just excited and babbling loud which is his only means of communication. He is nonverbal. This has also happened in the past in which my sister had an altercation with one of the em- ployees about them discriminating against my other 2 nephews who also have autism. This place does not care about accommodating those with a disability. All they care about is it being quiet. I will be taking legal action against this facility.Thanks in advance,Bre'Shunna Smith-Posey

I had a great experience yesterday at the laundromat on McGhee rd. I was upset because i had an issue with my washer. Thanks to your employee Debra my bad experience was corrected and I was put at ease. Debra was personable, courteous, efficient, proficient, and VERY professional. She epitomizes customer service. As long as she is working there, this is the ONLY laundromat I will use. Thank you very much Debra.

Very clean, new machines and they accept credit cards which makes it very easy. The woman working there was very helpful.

This laundry place had been my favorite until today. I work out of town and make it back just in time to wash clothes . Actually I arrived at 640 pm but should have waited I guess. The last wash is at 7 pm and last dry at 730. After a long day at work, I decided to wash two small loads of clothes which could have easily been 1 but I was rushing. I went to the vending machine to get 2 small things of laundry detergent. Mind you, Massey already put a 15 dollar hold on your card per transaction. I had two. I buy the laundry detergent, pour it in both washers, as I go to swipe I notice that it say the washer has been disabled. Not thinking clearly, I go to find the attendant. I politely walked to the area the worker was at and called for her assistance as I didn't know what was going on. I know she heard me because she was helping another customer and came straight to where she and I was standing but still insisted on not helping me .At this time I was very frustrated because she saw me walk in with the clothes to wash, she saw me PAY FOR LAUNDRY DETERGENT and still didn't bother to tell me the machine went off while I was purchasing the detergent. The other washer didn't say disabled when I left but by the time I got finished asking her why one of my washers disabled, the other one did the same thing. She came down my aisle washing down the other washers and sly way picking because if you have a upset regular customer, why start on her aisle cleaning while she is there. At this point, it is 7:03 pm and when I simply asked for a refund she gone say " Home office control the washers and dryers, I don't give refunds." I was furious at this point. This is the rudest and cruelest gray headed woman I had ever laid eyes on. I asked her who is the contact person for my refund and she rudely yelled BOB AND THEN SPELLED THE WORD BOB OUT. Mr BOB as she yelled, if you can't get better control of this ONE RUDE staff member, you will lose a lot of customers.

Definitely the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to in Montgomery/Prattville area. We were in transition moving back to our home state and had to wash a couple loads of laundry. I would recommend this location.

Lady with gray braided hair was super rude! I was still respectful thanks to God… some ppl rude bc they have to work smh…she really needs to go
