While the staff was nice, I left and just cried. Can I just start with I made an appointment online, with Ms. Linda based on reviews.When I showed for my appt, they placed me with a very sweet lady (I don’t want to hurt her name). I was told “they were too busy” but as I sat there for my 1.5hr scheduled appt (that took six hours), I only noticed that a daughter and her friend of one worker were being taken care of. I actually saw the one younger girl leave with the stylist, so again assuming it was her daughter.Additionally, I would rather have a stylist say “I’m not comfortable doing blonde” than to ruin my hair, and waste my time and money.I came in a warm blonde, with about 1/2” regrowth, and made the appt for foils and a cut. I left looking like Eminem, and had layers that I can’t even style back or put in a bun, which is why I asked to only trim the back several times.I had to contact my stylist back home, buy box dye to try and cover and correct my hair before Monday to keep it in regs (military).I don’t know how to put into words how bad it is without just being completely nasty, and that’s not going to help anyone. But if you’re looking for a root touch up and a quick cut, this is not your place. So very sad.Pictures in order; my color at the beginning showing through the end of my foils, then what it turned into, then after two rounds of toner, then the cut/only color I could get to take (with box dye) until I get home to my stylist.

I placed an order on Dec 10th and selected to have my item shipped to store for pickup. On December 14th it showed it was delivered to store. I went to pick it up and nobody could find it. For 3 days I could not get anyone to answer phone. I finally called corporate. I never received my item. So corporate refunded my money an reordered my sheets for me. Jan. 15th I still had not received them. I emailed asking for tracking number and they cancelled my order instead of giving me tracking number. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Went to them because sports clips in pratville left a jagged part of hair near the front of my fade on one side of my head. Asked how much to fix it. The lady told me they did not have anyone who could line it it up a 2 minute job reallly???? There was no line of customers heck barely anyone even in the entire bc penny store then told me but it would be $20 no you want to charge me $20 for a 2 minute job that you can’t fit in with nobody even waiting never will use this place

Very professional and accommodating. Excellent service willing to fit in without appointment. But call first an make an appointment to be sure they can provide the service you desire.

Called to make an appt 2 weeks ago. Voice message said to leave message & someone would call back. I have yet to receive a call. I assume that means they have enough clients. Will not call again.

I was nervous about coming here again due to my natural hair and my past disappointment with salons but I gave them a shot and Ms. Linda was amazing. She worked miracles on my hair literally. She was really fast, professional, you could tell she had tons of experience by the way she got everyone out in a timely manner and they all left happy. I dont know why I am just finding out about this stylist but where has she been all my past experiences. I would much rather had given her the money I wasted on other stylist over the years. She's good guys and I mean I watched her style many different textures from white hair to black. Everyone left happy. That's the only person I will ask for when I go back. I dont mind spending money with someone who knows hair and she's good.

Had an event to attend in Montgomery, so I figured I'd get my hair done there. Drove ALL the way from HOOVER, AL. Booked an appointment at 4:00 the day BEFORE... upon arrival, was told the stylist was on vacation. Will NEVER visit this salon again!!

I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. The salon that is inside is terrible. I showed up for my appointment and was told the lady was out and would be back soon. About 40 minutes later she showed up. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and she said she could do it no problem (literally all I wanted was a long bob style) and she butchered my hair!! I had long hair all the way down to above my behind, so it's not like I didn't have long enough hair for it. It is so freaking short and when I asked why she kept cutting it she said my hair flips in the back so it needs to be shorter to stop the flipping....what b.s. i mean that's what a flat iron is for. Now i am left with uneven, choppy, bowl cut hair...it's not even a Bob style
